Abstract

A dual-mount roll dispenser (1) has a cover (2) and a body (3). The body portion(3) is adapted for recess mounting but is also suitable to be exposed in a wall mount application. The hinge or pivots (8) that permit the cover to be opened are positioned sufficiently far forward that, together with the shape of the cover, the cover can be opened wide even when more than half the depth of the dispenser is recessed with a surrounding wall.
