Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una bolsa flexible de artículos, substancialmente rectangular, fácil de abrir, estando dichos artículos dispuestos en una pila en una dirección substancialmente paralela a su espesor, caracterizada porque dicha bolsa flexible comprende: un panel anterior y uno posterior conectados uno con otro por medio de un par de paneles laterales; un panel inferior asegurado alrededor de su periferia a los paneles anterior y posterior y laterales y un extremo más elevado cerrado que comprende un par de escudetes laterales doblados hacia adentro asegurados entre las porciones que se extienden verticalmente de dichos paneles anterior y posterior en medio de por lo menos un área horizontal de seguridad; dichos artículos estando orientados de tal manera que la superficie substancialmente plana de dichos artículos está alineada substancialmente en paralelo a los paneles laterales de dicha bolsa, y los bordes periféricos más externos de los artículos contenidos dentro de dicha pila están alineados substancialmente en forma paralela a los paneles anterior y posterior de dicha bolsa; y un dispositivo de abertura fácil que comprende una línea de debilidad substancialmente continua localizada parcialmente dentro de uno de dicho paneles de la bolsa y que se extiende hacia el extremo más elevado cerrado de la bolsa cerca del extremo más interno de uno de dichos escudetes laterales doblados hacia adentro, opuestos, por que dicha bolsa fácil de abrir se puede abrir fácilmente mediante por lo menos la separación parcial de una porción de la esquina de dicha bolsa dl resto de la bolsa al aplicar tensión a lo largo de la línea de debilidad, dicha separación removiendo también la porción incluida de dicho escudete del extremo más elevado cerrado de la bolsa durante el prodcedimiento de separación.
