Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una herramienta de pozo adaptada para conectarse a una columna o tubería de bombeo y colocada en una perforación de pozo para recolectar una muestra de fluidos connatos que fluyen por el interior de la columna; que comprende: miembros tubulares interior y exterior colocados telescópicamente juntos para movimiento longitudinal del miembro interior entre primera y segunda posiciones separadas, y que definen en forma cooperativa una cámara anular de muestra entre los mismos, adaptada para recibir una muestra de fluidos, cuando el miembro interior está en su primera posición, y adaptada para atrapar esa muestra en la misma, cuando el miembro interior esté en su segunda posición; primeros medios capaces de operar en forma selectiva desde la superficie, para admitir una muestra de fluidos en la cámara de muestra, cuando el miembro interior esté en su primera posición; segundos medios capaces de operar sólo después de la admisión de una muestra de fluidos en la cámara de muestra, para regular el régimen en el cual la muestra llena la cámara de muestra; y terceros medios capaces de operar sólo después del llenado de la cámara de muestra, con una muestra de fluidos, para mover el miembro interior hacia su segunda posición a fin de atrapar esa muestra en la cámara de muestra.
