Abstract

A biologically active agent (BAA) is based on water-soluble products of hydrolysis of ingredients of disintegrated animal tissue which consist of organic substances, and has immunomodulating properties. The agent contains products of hydrolysis of morphoplasma components and of glycocalyx of cells (MCGC) modified during the processes of embryogenesis and/or proliferation and/or differentiation of cells, and/or during a pathology preceding or accompanying the process of regeneration and/or repatriation of the tissue. A method for obtaining BAA comprises disintegration of a washed raw material based on animal tissues, hydrolysis of the obtained ingredients with their subsequent centrifuging of the hydrolysis products or their filtration and separation of supernatant as desired product as the raw material animal tissues with modified MCGC are used. Before the hydrolysis the homogenization is carried out together with purification and elimination of non- disintegrated tissue elements and the supernatant is extracted containing ingredients with modified MCGC. A pharmaceutical preparation for normalization of physiological state of human beings and animals based on organic substances-products of hydrolysis of ingredients of animal tissue comprises, as active agent, BAA which contains among the hydrolysis products with modified MCGC organic substances at the following ratio in per cent by weight: polypeptides up to 26.0, peptides 10.0-23.0, amino acids 32.0-66.1, carbonhydrates 10.5-23.5, lipids, nucleotides and other organic substances 2.0-11.0 with the content of BAA in the preparation equal to 0.001-85.0 % by weight, the balance consisting of a solvent.
