Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la tratamentul bolii arşilor în perioada şocului combustional .Esenţa invenţiei constă în aplicarea pe plaga de combustie a pansamentului îmbibat cu un amestec de preparate medicamentoase cu următoarea compoziţie (în mg/100 ml):acid hialuronic 500…1000furacilină 20…40novocaină 1000…1500dimedrol 80…160dexametazon 8…16heparină 5000…10000 UIcontrical 5000…10000 UIsoluţie izotonică de clorură de natriu restul.Acest pansament este aplicat pe plaga de combustie la fiecare 6…10 ore timp de 48 ore şi concomitent are loc administrarea tratamentului parenteral care include o compoziţie de preparate medicamentoase în următorul raport al componentelor (în mg/100 ml):acid hialuronic 500…1000dexametazon 8…16glucoză 5000…8000soluţie izotonică de clorură de natriu restul,care este administrată intraperitoneal la fiecare 10 ore în doză de 25 ml/kilocorp timp de 48 ore.
