Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de production d’une variété de matériaux de construction en mélange sec et auxiliaires (dmc) pourvu de propriétés structurelles améliorées. Lesdits système et procédé emploient une unité de classification de matériau (204) qui classifie au moins l’une de la pluralité des matières premières (a, b, …, n) sur la base de leur taille de particule et de leurs propriétés physiques. Ces matières premières triées sont stockées séparément dans des compartiments de manipulation de matériau (260) et sont sélectionnées selon les exigences de qualité de construction de l’utilisateur final. L’invention consiste en outre en l’utilisation d’une unité de sélection de matériau (210) qui contrôle le fonctionnement de divers composants de la présente invention. Lesdits système et procédé fournissent également un moyen facile de réutilisation des produits de déchets industriels tels que les cendres volantes, le laitier de haut-fourneau en vue de produire toute une gamme de matériaux de construction et de matériaux de construction auxiliaires.
