Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) servant à identifier des défauts dans un tissu synthétique (10) constitué de rubans de polymère, en particulier de polyoléfine, de préférence de polypropylène étirés monoaxialement. Un appareil photo d'inspection (100), destiné à enregistrer des images du tissu synthétique, permet de surveiller ledit tissu afin d'identifier des irrégularités caractérisant des parties défectueuses (12) du tissu synthétique (10) et une unité d'évaluation (101) est conçue pour détecter des irrégularités dans l'aspect du tissu synthétique (10) à partir des images enregistrées par l'appareil photo d'inspection (100). Lorsque des irrégularités d'aspect indiquant qu'une partie du tissu synthétique (10) est défectueuse sont détectées, l'unité d'évaluation déclenche un signal de défaut (102) qui commande, par exemple, une lumière clignotante ou un avertisseur ou peut être transmis à une commande machine de niveau supérieur (103). De plus, un dispositif d'étiquetage (110) est destiné à fixer des étiquettes (111) sur le tissu synthétique (10), le dispositif d'étiquetage (110) étant directement ou indirectement excité par le signal de défaut (102) afin de fixer au moins une étiquette (111) sur une partie défectueuse (12).
