Abstract
La présente invention concerne un miroir solaire réfléchissant comprenant un substrat de verre profilé ayant une zone focale, un revêtement réfléchissant sur sa surface convexe et une couche formant barrière aux ions sodium sur sa surface concave. Le substrat profilé présente un motif de contrainte ayant une contrainte de tension radiale dans la zone inférieure, et une contrainte de compression circonférentielle à la périphérie du substrat. The profiled substrate has a stress pattern having a radial tension stress in the lower region, and a circumferential compressive stress at the periphery of the substrate. As the distance from the periphery of the profiled substrate increases, the circumferential compressive stress decreases to a "transition line" where the circumferential tension stress begins. As the distance from the transition line to the lower region of the glass substrate increases, the circumferential tension increases. To compensate for the stress pattern of the profiled glass substrate to prevent buckling and surface cracking of the barrier layer, the barrier layer comprising, among other things, a thickness of silicon oxide and aluminum is varied. A method of manufacturing the solar mirror from profiled sections is also presented.
