Abstract
The invention relates to the energy sector, more particularly to increasing the efficiency of wind turbines. The apparatus of the invention includes devices and methods that provide the amount of air that is required to achieve a certain air flow rate in front and behind the wind turbine. The technique proposes to use an artificial relief or rotating cylinder to increase air flow speed to increase the capacity of the wind turbine.
