Claims (7)
- LV 11671 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Tukšvidus šķiedru sekciju ražošanas process tukšvidus šķiedru moduļiemfkas atšķiras ar to,ka lējuma matricē,kas satur plecu (6) un horizontālu perforētu plāksni (3),kurā tiek izdarīts liels skaits perforāciju (2) saskaņā ar iepriekš noteiktu paraugu un pēc tam nepārtrauktas tukšvidus šķiedras (1) tiek izvērtas caur perforācijām, a) liešanas ceļā,izmantojot sacietējošu liešanas materiālu,tiek izveidots masīvs cauruļveida režģis (4-), h) cauruļveida režģis ar tajā iestiprinātām tukšvidus šķiedrām tiek pacelts vertikālā virzienā vēlamā attālumā no perforētās plāksnes, c) cauruļveida režģis tiek pārgriezts horizontālā plaknē,atklājot tukšvidus šķiedru galus, d) soļi a,b un c tiek atkārtoti,lai izveidotu tukšvidus šķiedru sekciju (5)·
- 2. Process saskaņā ar 1. punktu,kas atšķiras ar to, ka katra perforācija tiek izveidota paraugā tādā veidā, ka perforācija atrodas vienādā pastāvīgā attālumā no tuvākajām blakus perforācijām.
- Process saskaņā ar 1, punktu,kas at ar :o, ka attālums starp perforācijām,kas tiek izmērīts no to malām,sastāda no 0,1 - 100 reizes perforācijas rādiusu, labāk 1/2 - 2 perforācijas rādiusus.
- 4-, Process saskaņā ar 4, punktu,kas atšķiras ar to, ka lējuma matrice tiek veidota no horizontālas perforētas plāksnes un pleca (6) ap minēto perforēto plāksni, pleca malas tiek paceltas attiecībā pret perforēto plāksni. -2-
- 5· Process saskaņā ar 1. punktu,kas atšķiras ar to, ka perforētā plāksne tiek apgādāta ar līdzekļiem lējuma atdalīšanas no formas veicinoša aģenta un liešanas materiāla pievadīšanai.
- 6. Process saskaņā ar 1. punktu,kas atšķiras ar to, ka cauruļveida režģis tiek apgādāts ar plūsmas maiņas līdzekļiem.
- 7. Tukšvidus šķiedras sekcija tukšvidus šķiedru modulim,kas tiek izgatavota saskaņā ar procesu,kas ap -rakstīts 1. punktā,minētā sekcija satur paralēlas tukšvidus šķiedras (1),kuru gali ir iestiprināti cauruļ veida režģī (4) tādā veidā,ka tukšvidus šķiedru gali ir atklāti,turklāt tukšvidus šķiedras ir izvie -totas pēc iepriekš noteikta parauga,atšķiras ar to, ka tukšvidus šķiedru sekcija ir apgādāta ar balstiem, kas savienoti ar cauruļveida režģiem (4a), lai paaugstinātu tukšvidus šķiedru sekcijas mehānisko izturību. 3. Īukšviaus šķiedru sekcija tukšvidus šķiedru modulim saskaņā ar 7. punktu,kas atšķiras ar to,ka balsts ir izpildīts kā režģiem cauri ejošs stingrs stienis.
