Abstract
1) 벤젠을 함유한 조 납사 공급 원료 스트림을 수첨 탈황 촉매와 접촉시키고 이에 의해 H2S를 생성시킨 후 이 공급 원료 스트림을 벤젠 포화를 일으키기에 충분한 조건하에서 12-원 환의 창을 가진 기공을 가진 귀금속 함유 다공성 결정성 무기 산화물 촉매상에 직접 투입시킴으로서 예비처리시켜 벤젠 함량이 감소된 예비처리된 유출물을 제공하고; 2) 예비처리된 유출물을 탈헥산화시켜 C6 -탄화수소 함유 상부 스트림 및 C7 +탄화수소를 함유한 저부 스트림을 제공하며; 3) 저부 스트림을 개질시켜 개질물 스트림을 생성시키고; 4) 개질물 스트림 및 C6 -탄화수소 함유 상부 스트림을 합하여 배합된 가솔린 비등범위 생성물을 제공하는 단계를 포함하여 납사로부터 생성된 가솔린 비등범위 개질물 함유 생성물을 제공하는 일괄 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
1) 벤젠을 함유한 조 납사 공급 원료 스트림을 수첨 탈황 촉매와 접촉시키고 이에 의해 H2S 를 생성시킨 후 이 공급 원료 스트림을 벤젠 포화를 일으키기에 충분한 조건하에서 12-원 환의 창(opening)을 가진 기공을 포함하는 귀금속 함유 다공성 결정성 무기 산화물 촉배상에 직접 투입시킴으로서 예비처리시켜 벤젠 함량이 감소된 예비처리된 유출물을 제공하고; 2) 예비처리된 유출물을 탈헥산화시켜 C6 -탄화수소 함유 상부 스트림 및 C7+ 탄화수소를 함유한 저부 스트림을 제공하며; 3) 저부 스트림을 개질시켜 개질물 스트림을 생성시키고; 4) 개질물 스트림 및 C6- 탄화수소 함유 상부 스트림을 합하여 배합된 가솔린 비등범위 생성물을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 납사로부터 생성된 가솔린 비등범위 개질물 함유 생성물을 제공하는 일괄 방법.
제 1항에 있어서, 귀급속-함유 무기 산화물 촉배가 제올라이트 베타, 제올라이트 L, 제올라이트 X, 제올라이트 Y, 탈알루미늄화 Y(Dealuminized Y), 초안정성 Y(Utrastable Y), 초소수성 Y(Utrahydrophobic Y), Si 가 풍부한 탈알루미늄화 Y(Si-Enriched Dealuminized Y : LZ-210), ZSM-12, ZSM-18, ZSM-20, 모데나이트(mordenite) 및 보그사이트(boggsite)로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 것으로서 12-원 환의 창을 갖는 기공을 가진 제올라이트인 방법.
제 2항에 있어서, 12-원 환의 창을 가진 기공을 갖는 귀금속-함유 제올라이트가 제올라이트 베타인 방법.
제 1항에 있어서, 촉매가 백금, 팔라듐, 이리듐, 로듐 및 루테늄으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 귀금속 0.1내지 1 중량%를 함유하는 방법.
제 2항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 제올라이트 베타이며 촉매가 백금 0.3 내지 0.7 중량%를 함유하는 방법.
제 1항에 있어서, 귀금속이 촉매상에 분산되어 수소 화학 흡착법으로 측정된 것으로 0.8 이상의 H/귀금속비를 제공하는 방법.
제 5항에 있어서, 백금이 촉배상에 분산되어 수소 화학 흡착법으로 측정된 1.0 이상의 H/Pt 비를 제공하는 방법.
제 1항에 있어서, 배합된 가솔린 비등 범위 생성물이 1 중량% 이하의 벤젠을 함유하는 방법.
제 8항에 있어서, 배합된 가솔린 비등범위 생성물이 177℃(350℉) 이상의 T90및 1300 이하의 조종성 지수(driveability indcx)를 가지는 방법.
1) 조 납사 공급 원료 스트림을 수첨 탈황 촉매와 저촉시킨 후 이 공급 원료 스트림을 12-원 환의 창을 가진 기공을 갖는 귀금속 함유 제올라이트 촉매상에 직접 투입시킴으로서 예비처리시켜 예비처리된 유출물을 제공하고; 2) 예비처리된 유출물로부터 C4 -탄화수소 황화수소 및 암모니아를 스트리핑(stripping)시켜 스트리핑된 유출물을 제공하며; 3) 스트리핑된 유출물을 탈헥산화시켜 C5내지 C6탄화수소 함유 상부 스트림 및 C7 +탄화수소를 함유한 저부 스트림을 제공하고; 4) 저부 스트림을 개질시켜 개질물 스트림을 생성시키며; 5) 개질물 스트림을 증류시켜 C1내지 C4탄화수소 함유 상부물 및 C5 +개질물 저부 분획을 제공하고; 6) C5 +개질물 저부 분획 및 C5내지 C6탄화수소 함유 상부 스트림을 합하여 배합된 가솔린 비등범위 생성물을 제고하는 단계를 포함하는, 납사로부터 생성된 가솔린 비등범위 개질물 함유 생성물을 제공하기 위한 일괄 방법.
