Claims (12)
- 냉각제 재킷(10)을 갖는 주조 실린더 블록(3, 4)과, 냉각제 도관(11)을 갖는 실린더 헤드(7)와, 실린더 헤드와 실린더 블록 사이의 공통 플랜지면(33) 뿐만 아니라 공급 또는 귀환 도관으로 설계된 실린더 블록 내측의 냉각제 통로(16, 20, 28, 39, 34a 내지 34c, 36a 내지 36c,을 구비하고, 이들 통로 중 적어도 하나의 냉각제 통로(34a 내지 34c, 36a 내지 36c)가 플랜지 표면에서 종료되는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로에 있어서, 냉각제 재킷과 적어도 하나의 냉각제 통로 사이에는, 플랜지 영역에서 시작해서 실린더 블록 내에 주조된 주조 슬롯(39a 내지 39c, 40a 내지 40c) 형태의 연결부가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬롯(39a 내지 39c, 40a 내지 40c)의 깊이(T)는 그 폭(B)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각제 재킷(10)은 유입구측 상의 적어도 하나의 슬롯(39a 내지 39c)에 의해 공급 도관(16, 20, 34a 내지 34c)과 연결되고, 유출구측 상의 적어도 하나의 슬롯(40a 내지 40c)에 의해 귀환 도관(28, 29, 36a 내지 36c)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬롯(39a 내지 39c, 40a 내지 40c)은 실린더에 대해 대략 방사상으로 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유입측 슬롯(39a 내지 39c)과 유출측 슬롯(40a 내지 40c)이 각 실린더마다 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유입측 슬롯(39a 내지 39c)과 유출측 슬롯(40a 내지 40c)은 실린더에 대해 직경 방향 반대 쪽에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 실린더의 유입측 슬롯(39a 내지 39c)과 유출측 슬롯(40a 내지 40c)들 간의 연결선들은 실린더 블록의 길이에 대해 대략 직각으로 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정렬된 적어도 2개의 실린더를 구비하고, 하나의 유입측 슬롯(39a 내지 39c)들이 각 실린더마다 제공되며, 슬롯들의 깊이(T)는 냉각제 유동을 조절하는 것이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회로는 직렬로 배치된 적어도 2개의 실린더를 구비하고, 하나의 유출측 슬롯(40a 내지 40c)이 각 실린더마다 제공되며, 슬롯들의 깊이(T)는 냉각제 유동을 조절하는 것이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더 블록(3, 4)의 한 쪽에 위치된 슬롯(39a 내지 39c, 40a 내지 40c)은 실린더 블록의 종방향으로 이어지는 주 도관(16, 20, 28, 29)과 각각 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유입측 슬롯(39a 내지 39c)에는 이들이 냉각제 재킷(10)과 대면한 쪽에 적어도 하나의 입구 반경이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더 블록(3, 4)은 개방 데크 구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 냉각 회로※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
