본 고안은 러그의 구조를 변형시켜 단자판의 후면으로 러그를 밀어넣었을 때 손쉽게 단자판에 러그가 고정되도록 한 러그 터미날 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 러그단자(1)의 바닥면에 돌출된 돌기(2)를 단자판(3)에 형성된 러그단자체결구멍(4)에 체결하여 고정시키기 위해서 프레스(5)를 이용하여 코킹작업을 수행해야 하므로서 조립시간이 길어지고, 상기 프레스(5)에 의한 돌기(2)를 코킹작업시 단자판(3)이 프레스(5)에 의해 파손되어 러그단자(1)가 체결고정된 단자판(3)이 불량판정을 받게 되는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a lug terminal structure in which the lug is easily fixed to the terminal plate when the lug is pushed into the rear of the terminal plate by deforming the lug structure.
