Abstract
폭이 좁은 강판띠를 사용할수 있어 로스(loss)가 적고 스테이터(stator)철심(鐵芯)이 변형함이 없는 철심용부재 및 그것을 사용한 스테이터 철심을 제조하는 방법을 개발한것으로서, 다이 컷팅(die cutting)기계에 연속적으로 강판띠를 공급하여 폭방향으로 2열 지그재그 형으로 다이 컷팅하고, 길이 방향으로 차례로 필요한곳을 다이컷팅하여 만든 로터(rotor)철심용부재를 필요한 매수 적층하여 로터 철심을 만들고, 이어서 로터철심용 부재를 다이 컷팅한 외주부(外周部)를 다시 차례로 다이 컷팅하여 복수의 조임부(助賃部)를 갖는 스테이터철심용부재를 만들때, 상기 조임부를 특정한 위치로 배치함과 동시에 미리 조임부를 다이 컷팅한후에 외주(외부둘레)를 다이 컷팅하고, 조임부가 있는 개소에 대응하는 스테이터 철심용부재의 오주에 커트(cut)부를 설치한다.As a result of the development of a method for manufacturing a steel core member and a method of manufacturing a stator iron core using the same, it is possible to use a narrow steel strip so that the loss is low and the stator iron core is not deformed.
