Abstract

본 발명은 신용 카드의 신용 거래 상태를 조회하는 것이다.
본 발명은 미리 신용 카드 조회회사와 통신하여 신용 카드의 조회내역에 대한 모든 데이터를 수신하고, 조회 내역 저장부에 저장하여 두며, 신용 키드를 조회할 경우에는 신용 카드 조회회사와 통신하지 않고, 조회 내역 저장부에 저장하여 둔 데이터를 검색하여 조회할 신용 카드에 대한 조회 내역 저장되어 있는 데이터가 있는지의 여부를 판단하며, 판단 결과 조회 내역 데이터가 있을 경우에 그 데이터를 표시하며, 조회 내역 데이터가 없을 경우에는 신용 카드의 신용에 아무런 문제가 없는 것으로서 신용 카드 거래를 허가한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 신용 카드 조회회사에서 조회 내역에 대한 데이터를 수신하여 저장하고 신용 카드를 조회할 경우에 저장된 조회 내역 데이터를 검색하여 표시하는 것을 제어하는중앙 처리 장치(1)와, 상기 중앙 처리 장치(1)의 동작 프로그램 및 작업 데이터를 저장하고 출력하는 메모리(2)와, 상기 중앙 처리 장치(1)에 사용자의 조작에 따른 동작 명령을 입력시키는 조작부(3)와, 상기 중앙 처리 장치(1)의 제어에 따라 신용 카드의 조회 내역을 표시하는 표시부(4)와, 신용 카드의 정보를 판독하는 카드 판독부(5)와, 상기 중앙 처리 장치(1)와 신용 카드 조회회사의 사이에 연결되어 데이터 통신을 수행하는 모뎀(6)과, 신용 카드 조회회사로부터 수신된 조회 내역 데이터를 상기 중앙 처리 장치(1)의 제어에 따라 조회 내역 저장부(8)에 저장하고 출력하는 것을 제어하는 조회 내역 저장/독출 제어부(7)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 신용 카드 조회 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조회 내역 저장부(8)는 압축 영역과 일반 영역으로 구분되어 매월 정기적으로 수신되는 정기 데이터는 압축 영역에 저장되고 매일 수신되는 상시 데이터는 일반 영역에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신용 카드 조회 장치.
  3. 신용 카드에 대한 조회 내역 데이터의 수신 또는 신용 카드의 조회인지를 판단하는 제1과정과, 상기 제1과정에서 신용 카드에 대한 조회 내역 데이터의 수신일 경우에 수신되는 데이터를 저장하는 제2과정과, 상기 제1과정에서 신용카드의 조회일 경우에 신용 카드의 정보를 판독하고 상기 제2과정에서 저장한 데이터를 검색하는 제3과정과, 상기 제3과정에서 판독한 신용 카드의 조회 내역 데이터가 저장되어 있을 경우에 그 조회 내역 데이터를 표시하고 저장되어 있지 않을 경우에 거래 허가를 표시하는 제4과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 신용 카드 조회 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제2과정은 수신되는 데이터가 모든 신용 카드에 대한 조회 내역인 정기 데이터일 경우에 미리 저장되어 있는 데이터를 모두 삭제하고 정기 데이터를 저장하며, 매일 수신되는 상시 데이터일 경우에 상시 데이터를 그대로 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신용 카드 조회 방법.
