Claims (4)
- 소지강판(1)과 그 위에 도금하는 0.12∼0.18중량% A1, 99.88∼99.82중량% Zn의 18∼23㎛ 두께의 합금도금층(2)과, 합금도금층(2) 위에 크롬산염 처리를 한 크롬산염층(3)와, 크롬산염층(3)상에 형성시킨 플렉서블폴리에스테르 도막층으로 이루어지는 용융아연 도금칼라강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크롬산염층(3)은 20∼80㎎/㎡로 도포하며, 플레서블폴리에스테르 도막층은 폴리에스테르/우레탄 수지를 포함하는 3∼7㎛ 두께의 프라이마층(4)과, 18∼22㎛ 두께의 상도층(5)을 이루는 2층구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금 칼라강판.
- 0.12∼0.18중량% A1, 99.88∼99.82중량% Zn로 이루어지는 455∼465℃의 합금용융도금욕조내에 강판을 통과시켜 에어와이핑 법에 의해 도금 피복량을 조절하여 도금처리하는 공정과, 롤코팅방법을 사용하여 얇은 박막으로 도포한 후 60∼140℃ 온도조건에서 건조시켜 20∼80㎎/㎡의 크롬산염층(3)을 형성시키는 크롬산염처리 공정과, 그리고 플레서블 폴리에스테르 도료를 롤코팅한후 210∼241℃로 가열, 건조시켜 프라이머 및 상도 2층의 플레서블 폴리에스테르 도막층을 형성시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금 칼라강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 공정으로 이루어진 강판을 엠보스롤로서 압하처리하는 공정을 더 포함시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금 칼라강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
