Abstract
본 발명은 Bacillus Stearothermophilus KCTC1044BP로부터 분리한 말토오스생성 아밀라제 유전자로, 제1도에 표시된 바와 같은 유전자 지도를 가지며, 10% SDS-PAGE로 측정한 분자량이 약 62000 Dalton이고, 아이소일렉트릭 포커싱 (isoelectric focusing: IEF)에 의해 측정한 등전점이 약 4.0이고, 상기 유전자에 의해 생성된 말토오스생성 아밀라제는 플루란에 작용하여 주로 판노오스를 생성하고, 전분을 분해하여 주로 말토오스를 생성하며, β-사이클로덱스트린을 분해하는, 말토오스생성 아밀라제 유전자에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 분자, 그것을 가지는 형질전환체 및 그것으로부터 생산되는 효소에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a maltose-producing amylase gene isolated from Bacillus stearothermophilus KCTC1044BP, which has a genetic map as shown in FIG. 1 and has a molecular weight of about 62000 Dalton as measured by 10% SDS-PAGE and isoelectric focusing (IEF ), The maltose-producing amylase produced by this gene acts on fluoran to produce mainly pannocose, decomposes starch to mainly produce maltose, and decomposes? -Cyclodextrin , And a maltogenic amylase gene.
