Abstract

본 발명은 알킬렌 글리콜 또는 그것의 유도체에 기초한 규산염, 붕산염 및 질산염이 없는 신규한 부동액 농축물로서, 주성분으로 탄화수소-트리아졸 및/또는 -티아졸과 함께 카르복실산의 염을 함유하는 반응억제제 조성물을 포함하는 신규한 부동액 농축물에 관한 것이다. 특히, 이러한 부동액 농축물은 부식 억제제로서 어떤 무기산염도 완전히 없다. 본 발명은 또한 이 부동액 농축물을 함유하는 특히 이용가능한 수성 냉각제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 알킬렌 글리콜 또는 그것의 유도체에 기초하고, (a) 3개 내지 16개의 탄소원자를 갖고, 알칼리금속 염, 암모늄염 또는 치환된 암모늄염 형태인 하나 이상의 카르복실산을 농축물의 전체양을 기준으로 0.05 내지 10 중량%을 함유하며, 또 (b) 하나 이상의 탄화수소-트리아졸 및/또는 탄소수소-티아졸, 특히 벤조트리아졸 및/또는 톨루트리아졸을 농축물의 전체양을 기준으로 0.01 내지 3중량% 함유하는 규산염, 붕산염 및 질산염이 없는 부동액 농축물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 ,부가적으로 추가의 무기산염이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a)는 2개 이상의 카르복실산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(a)는 2개 디카르복실산, 특히 2개의 지방족 디카르복실산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 성분 (a)는 2개의 모노카르복실산, 특히 하나의 지방족 모노 카르복실산 및 하나의 방향족 모노카르복실산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(a)는 하나의 모노카르복실산과 하나의 디카르복실산, 특히 측쇄의 지방족 모노카르복실산 및 지방족 디카르복실산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적으로 하나 이상의 4차 염화된 이미다졸을 농축물의 전체양을 기준으로 2중량%까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적으로 하나 이상의 유기산의 가용성 마그네슘염, 특히 카르복실산의 가용성 마그네슘염을 농축물의 전체양을 기준으로 2중량%까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적으로 폴리아크릴산 폴리말레산, 아크릴산-말레산공중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐이미다졸, 비닐피롤리돈, 비닐이미다졸 공중합체 및/또는 불포화 카르복실산 및 올레핀의 공중합체에 기초한 경수 안정화제를 농축물의 전체양을 기준으로 1중량%까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, pH7-10을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 95중량% 이상의 에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물 또는 에틸렌글리콜에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는 농축물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 농축물 10-90중량% 및 물로 이루어지는, 빙점이 저하된 즉시 사용가능한 수성 냉각제 조성물.
