Abstract

본 발명은 천연가스를 개질한 가스를 연료로 하고 공기를 산화제로 하는 용융탄산염형 연료전지에 관한 것으로, 특히 채널판은 양면에칭에 의해 가스유로를 형성하고, 마스크판들은 와이어-커팅하여 분배기 및 전극수납 홈을 형성하여 레이저 용접에 의해 일체화한 에칭가공된 연료전지분리판에 관한 것이다.
본 분리판은 채널판을 에칭에 의해 양면을 가공하므로 제작시 변형을 최소화할 수 있는 잇점을 갖는다. 변형을 최소화하므로 전극에 균일한 하중이 작용하게 되어 전극의 균열방지에도 탁월한 효과를 갖는다. 뿐만아니라, 부품수가 감소함으로써 제작비를 감축할 수 있으며, 종국적으로는 상기한 효과들로 인해 연료전지의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 특징을 갖는다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 분리판을 장착한 연료전지스택의 분리사시도.
제3(a)도 및 제3(b)도는 본 분리판의 애노드측 에칭도.
제4(a)도 및 제4(b)도는 본 분리판 중 애노드측 및 캐소드측 에칭된 채널판의 양면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 채널판과, 이 채널판의 양면부에 각각 부착되는 애노드마스크판 및 캐소드마스크판을 구비한 연료전지용 분리판에 있어서, 상기 채널판은 양면에칭에 의해 가스유로를 형성하고, 상기 애노드마스크판 및 캐소드마스크판은 와이어-커팅에 의해 분배기 및 전극수납홈을 형성해서, 상기 채널판과 애노드마스크판 및 캐소드마스크판을 적층한 후 레이저용접에 의해 일체화됨을 특징으로 하는 에칭가공된 연료전지분리판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널판과 애노드마스크판 및 캐소드마스크판은 그 주변부가 가스누설을 위해 용착 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에칭가공된 연료전지분리판.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 채널판과 애노드마스크판 및 캐소드마스크판은 애노드측가스와 캐소드측가스의 혼합을 방지하기 위해 그 분배기의 주변부가 용착됨을 특징으로 하는 에칭가공된 연료전지분리판.
