Claims (8)
- 기계가공성 연성 주철로 제조된 주조 서포트를 포함하고, 그의 외면에는 고내마모성의 재료로 제조된 마모 인서트가 모선 방향으로 종방향으로 매립되어 있으며, 상기 인서트는 기계적인 접합에 의해 서포트내에 보유되는 대략 절두원추형 또는 원통형의 바이메탈 연마휠의 제조방법에 있어서, 400℃ 이상의 온도에 견딜 수 있는 금속 또는 임의의 다른 재료로 제조된 운반가능한 셸(10)로 구성된 주형이 사용되며, 인서트들(16)이 셸(10)의 주변에 세워지고, 상기 셸(10)과 인서트들(16)은 오븐에서 예열되며, 상기 셸(10)은 인서트들(16)과 함께 상기 오븐에서 신속히 제거되어 회전상태로 세트되는 원심 주조기에 배치되고, 연성 주철(18)이 주입되며 냉각 후에 분리가 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이메탈 연마휠의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성 주철은 박층형 또는 구형 회주철인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인서트들은 고합금 크롬 주철 또는 임의의 다른 고내마모성 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셸은 상기 인서트들(16)이 설치되기 전에 얇은 내화코팅을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셸과 상기 인서트들은 100 내지 500℃정도의 온도로 오븐에서 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원심 주조기는 분당 100 내지 600 회전수 정도의 속도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리가 500℃ 정도의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법을 이용하여 얻어진 연마휠.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
