Claims (12)
- 균열 단계를 포함하는 가열 단계와 냉각 단계로 이루어지는 강판의 연속 소둔 방법으로서, 상기 가열 단계는 Joule 열에 의한 가열 단계를 포함하고 상기 냉각 단계는 기액 혼합물을 이용한 냉각 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Joule 열에 의한 가열 단계를 포함하는 가열 단계가 직접 저항 가열 수단에 의해 수행되는 것이 강판의 연속 소둔 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5-300초 동안 유지되는 직접 저항 가열 단계에서 40-1000℃/초의 가열 속도에 500내지 900℃로 강 스트립을 가열한 다음 기액 혼합물을 이용한 냉각 단계에서 강판을 10 내지 300℃/초의 속도로 냉각시키는 것이 특징인 강판의 연속 소둔 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강판을 직접 저항 가열 단계에서 40℃/초 이상의 가열 속도로 적어도 600℃부터 700~900℃로 가열시키는 것이 특징인 강판의 연속 소둔 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강판을 직접 저항 가열 단계에서 400℃로 가열한 다음 비산화 또는 환원 분위기의 또다른 가열 단계에서 700 내지 900℃로 가열하는 것이 특징인 강판의 연속 소둔 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강 스트립을 소정의 온도에서 가열시키는 상기 균열 대역의 임의 부분에서 단기간 동안 강 스트립을 급속히 가열함으로써, 가열을 조절하여 소둔 변수(AP)를 -33 이상으로 하는 것이 특징인 강판의 연속 소둔 방법.
- 강 스트립의 입구부로부터 가열 대역, 균열 대역 및 냉각 대역의 순차적으로 연속 배치되어 있는 냉연 강판용 연속 소둔 설비로서, 상기 연속 소둔 설비는 균열 대역을 포함하는 전체 가열 대역에서 Joule 가열을 위한 가열 수단과, 냉각 단계에서 기액 혼합물을 이용하는 냉각 수단으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 냉연 강판용 연속 소둔 설비.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전체 가열 대역에서의 Joule 가열을 위한 상기 가열 수단이 직접 저항에 의한 상기 가열 수단을 포함하는 것이 특징인 냉연 강판용 연속 소둔 설비.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 균열 대역의 임의 부분에서 단기간 강 스트립을 급속히 가열시키기 위해 제공되는 가열 수단이 강판을 소정 온도로 가열시킴으로써, 가열을 조절하여 소둔 변수(AP)를 -33 이상으로 하는 것이 특징인 냉연 강판용 연속 소둔 설비.
- 제7항에 있어서, 직접 저항에 의한 상기 가열 수단이 강판이 통과하는 고리형 변압기를 통해 교류를 통과시킴으로서 그 안에서 유도 전류를 발생시켜 강판이 가열되도록 함으로써 강판을 가열시키기 위한 수단인 것이 특징인 냉연 강판용 연속 소둔 설비.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 설비가 순차적으로 가열 대역, 균열 대역, 제1냉각 대역 및 과시효 대역 및 제2냉각 대역으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 냉연 강판용 연속 소둔 설비.
- 제6항 및 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 균열 대역의 임의 부분에서 단기간 동안 강 스트립을 급속히 가열시키기 위한 가열 수단이 직접 저항 가열 수단 또는 유도 가열 수단을 포함하는 것이 특징인 냉연 강판용 연속 소둔 설비.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
