Claims (8)
- 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정에 있어서, 고체를 반응실에 공급하고 500℃에서 1200℃사이의 온도로 가열하여 상기 잔여 고체 생성물과 상기 가스내에 고체 열분해를 일으키고 가스가 고체로부터 분리되고 재사용을 위해 생성물 내에 함유된 열을 회수할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열은 연료의 연소 또는 전기에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연료는 중유, 디젤유, 목재, 숯, 석탄 및 천연가스임을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성하기 위한 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연료의 연소 또는 전기 이용은 반응/공정이 일어나는 환경 외부에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응환경은 원통형, 평면, 구형, 수직 또는 수평형 또는 경사진 형태임을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 황철광, 황철광 석탄 찌꺼기 그리고 황철광 및 황동광 정광이 산업적 가치가 있는 고체 생성물의 생성 및 황의 회수를 위하여 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 석회석은 석회와 이산화탄소를 생성하기 위해 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응공정은 한 가마분, 반 가마분 또는 연속적으로, 또는 어떠한 압력하에서도 한결같이 일정한 상태로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 고체를 열분해하기 위한 흡열반응을 실행하여 기체 및 고체 찌꺼기를 생성시키기 위한 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
