Abstract

드럼 브레이크 에는 하나의 지지체(10)와 하나의 뒤판(22)으로 세분된 브레이크 홀더가 있다. 지지체(10)에는 중심을 잡고, 차량의 축하우징에 고정시키기 위한 하나의 중앙링(12)과 브레이크 슈(38)를 주변방향으로 지지할 수 있는 하나의 버팀벽 지지물(16)이 제공되어 있다. 브레이크 슈(38)는 축방향으로 뒤판(38)에 지지될 수 있다, 지지체(10)에는 그외에도, 차륜회전수 센서(46)용 지지물(20)과 브레이크 로프(60)의 외피(58)용 버팀부재(56)가 형성되어 있다.

제6도는 제5도의 축방향 평면(Ⅵ-Ⅵ)에 따라 취한 단면도.
제7도느 제5도의 축평행 평면(Ⅶ-Ⅶ)에 따라 취한 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 중심을 잡고, 차량의 축하우징에 고정시키기 위한 하나의 중앙링(12)과 브레이크 슈(38)를 주변방향으로 지지할 수 있는 하나의 버팀벽 지지물(16)이 달려있는 달려있는 하나의 지지체(10) 및 브레이크 슈(38)를 축방향으로 지지할 수있는 하나의 뒤판(22)으로 세분되어 있는 하나의 브레이크 홀더가 달려있는 드럼 브레이크로서, 지지제(10)에 차륜회전수 센서(46)용 지지물(20)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 버팀벽 지지물(16)과 지지물(16)이 공동의 축방향 중앙평면(B)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 드림 브레이크.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 지지체(10)가 전체적으로 중앙평면(B)에 대하여 대칭적으로 형성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 지지물(20)이 방사상으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 브래이크 슈(38)용 버팀벽 지지물(16)에 일체적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지체(10)가 압착주조방법에 의하여 알루미늄으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 드럼 브레이크.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지체(10)와 뒤판(22) 사이에, 특히 플라스틱으로 만든 진동억제성 인세트(54)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지체(10)에, 브레이크의 기계적 작동을 위한 브레이크 로프(60)의 외피(58)용 버팀부재(56)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 브레이크 로프(60)가 그안에서 지지체(10)를 관통하여 브레이크 레버(62)에까지 안내되는 하나의 통로(64)가 버팀부재(56)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 뒤판(22)에 하나의 방사상 내측연단(66)이 제공되어 있고, 이 연단이 지지체(10)와 고정판(68) 사이에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크.
