Abstract
본 발명은 균일 형상 단부를 갖는 다색 형상의 싱글을 고생산속도로 형성하기 위하여 미립자(15,31)를 피복한 아스팔트 시트(13)에 도포시키는 방법과 장치에 관한 것이다. 제1칼라의 미립자(15)가 고온의 아스팔트로 피복된 유기 또는 유리 섬유 매트 등의 끈적한 연속 이동 아스팔트 스립상의 공간식 제1영역(16)에 도포된다. 고온의 아스팔트 또는 다른 부착제(27)는 공간식 제1영역 사이의 끈적한 제2영역(17)에 대하여 소정의 균일 단부(28,29)를 제공하도록 제1영역의 선단과 후단(20,21)의 적어도 하나 또는 양쪽 부위(32)에 도포된다. 그 다음은, 제2칼라의 미립자(31)가 제2영역상에 침전된다. 다음은, 미립자로 도포된 스트립이절단되어 싱글이 된다. 상기 방법을 사용하여 두 개 이상의 여러 가지 다색의 미립자 또는 미립자 혼합액적을 갖는 복수 형상 영역을 형성할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따른 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 장치를 도시하느 개략정단면도이다.
제2도는 제1칼라의 미립자가 재료표면상의 공간식 제1영역에 도포된 루핑재료의 단면 도시하는 부분평면도이다.
제3도는 제1영역의 선단과 후단 부위에 도포된 접착제를 도시하는 제2도와 유사한 부분평면도이다.
제4도는 공간식 제1영역 사이의 표면상의 제2영역에 제2칼라의 미립자가 도포된 후의 루핑재료를 도시하는 제2도와 유산한 부분평면도이다.
Claims (20)
- 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법에 있어서, 끈적한 제2영역(17)에 의해 분리된 공간식 미립자로 피복된, 시트 이동방향의 선단과 후단(20,21)을 갖는, 제1영역(16)을 형성하기 위하여 아스팔트재료의 연속이 동시트(11)의 끈적한 표면(13)위에 제1칼라의 미립자(15)를 주기적으로 배출하는 단계와, 상기 끈적한 제2영역에 소정의 단부형상을 형성하도록 제1영역의 선단과후단 중 적어도 어느 한 부위(32)에 접착제(27)를 도포 하는 단계와, 상기 이동시트의 상기 끈적한 제2영역 위에 제2칼라의 미립자(31)를 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제(27)는 상기 끈적한 제2영역(17)에 소정의 단부형상을 형성하도록 제1영역(16) 각각의 상기 선단과 후단(20,21)의 적어도 양쪽 부위(32)에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선단 및 후단(20,21)은 소정의 폭을 가지며, 접착제(27)는 상기 끈적한 제2영역(17)에 소정의 단부형상을 형성하도록 제1영역(16)의 선단과 후단의 폭 전체에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접착제(27)는 상기 끈적한 제2영역(17)에 대한 소정의 단부형상 위에 신장하는 제1영역(16) 각각의 부위(32)에만 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2영역(17)의 소정의 단부(28,29) 형상은 상기 이동시트(13)의 이동방향과 수직신장하는 실질상 직선으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2영역(16,17)에 부착되지 않은 탈락 미립자(34)를 모으는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 제1칼라의 상기 미립자(15)는 상기 탈락 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시트표면(11)은 고온의 아스팔트로 끈적하며, 상기 도포된 접착제는 고온의 아스팔트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고온의 아스팔트 접착제(27)는 분사로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고온의 아스팔트 접착제(27)는 프린팅으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제(27)는 분사로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제(27)는 프린팅으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법에 있어서, 끈적한 제2영역(17)에 의해 분리된 공간식 미립자로 피복된, 시트 이동방향의 선단과 후단(20,21)을 갖는, 제1영역(16)을 형성하도록 고온의 아스팔트재료의 연동이동시트(13)의 끈적한 표면 위에 제1칼라의 혼합액적 미립자(15)를 주기적으로 침전시켜서, 상기 혼합액적 미립자를 상기 제1영역에 부착시키는 다계와, 상기 끈적한 제2영역에 소정의 단부형상을 형성하도록 제1영역의 선단과 후단 중 적어도 어느 한 부위(32)에 접착제(27)를 도포하는 단계와, 상기 이동시트의 상기 끈적한 제2영역 위에 제2칼라의 미립자(31)를 침전시켜서, 상기 제2칼라의 미립자를 상기 끈적한 제2영역에만 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 일부의 상기 제2칼라 미립자(31)가 상기 제1영역(16)내의 혼합액적 미립자(15) 위에 침전되며, 상기 제1영역내의 상기 일부의 제2칼라 미립자와 상기 제1영역내의 비부착 혼합액적 미립자와 상기 제2영역내의 비부착 제2칼라 미립자가 탈락 미립자(34)를 형성하고, 또한 상기 이동 스트립으로부터 탈락 미립자를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 혼합액적 미립자(15)는 탈락 미립자(34)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 고온의 아스팔트가 제1영역(16)의 적어도 후단(21)의 부위(32)에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고온의 아스팔트를 연속 이동 유리섬유 미트에 도포시켜서 고온의 아스팔트 재료의 상기 연속 이동 시트를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고온의 아스팔트를 연속 이동 유기펠트 매트(11)에 도포시켜서 고온의 아스팔트 재료의 상기 연속 이동 시트(13)를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 방법.
- 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 장치에 있어서, 끈적한 아스팔트 재료의 시트(13)를 이동시키는 수단과, 끈적한 제2영역(17)에 의해 분리된 제1미립자로 피복된 영역을 형성하도록 끈적한 이동시트의, 스트립 이동방향의 불규칙성 선단과 후단(20,21)을 갖는 제1영역(16) 위에 제1칼라의 미립자(15)를 주기적으로 침전 시키는 제1호퍼(14)수단과, 끈적한 제2영역 각각에 소정의 단부(28,29) 형상을 제공하도록 제1영역 각각의 선단과 후단 중 적어도 하나의 단부에 접착제(27)를 도포시키는 수단(26)과 상기 제2영역상에 제2칼라의 미립자(31)를 침전시키는 제2호퍼(30)수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 부착제(27) 도포용의 상기 수단(26)은 분사기인 것을 특징으로 하는 다색 미립자로 피복된 루핑재료 제조 장치.
