Claims (10)
- 하나이상의 다이(die) 벽을 가지는 하나의 분출 장치(20)에서 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 하나 이상의 층(28a)으로 구성되는 첫번째 분출 단계와; 상기 분출의 첫번째 단계와 동시에 수행되고, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질과 하나의 다이 벽(22) 사이의 분출 장치에 있는 열가소성 물질층(28b)으로 구성되는 두번째 분출 단걔를 포함하고, 온도상으로 교차-결합 가능한 물질의 가열과, 플래스틱의 상기 분출 단계동안에 미리 설정된 최소의 교차-연결율을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분출의 첫번째 단계는 튜브(28a)의 형태로 된 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출 단계로 구성되고, 상기 분출의 두번째 단계는 온도상으로 교차-연결가능한 물질과 분출 장치의 내부(24), 외부(22) 벽 사이의 열가소성의 동심(同心)층(28b,28c)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비-플래스틱 코어 위에서의 분출된 플래스틱 코팅을 형성하고, 합성 산물(産物)을 형성함으로 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분출의 첫번째, 두번째 단계에 이어서 열가소성 물질의 교차-연결 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분출의 첫번째, 두번째 단계에 이어서, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질과 외부 다이(die) 벽 사이의 분출된 열가소서 물질의 층(28b)을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 공(共) 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질(28a)과 하나 이상의 열가소성 물질의 층(28b, 28c)사이에서 하나 이상의 부가적인 물질층이 분출되어짐을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 공(共)중합체이고, 하나 이상의 열가소성 물질의 동심층(同心層)(28b, 28c)은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 공(共)중합체임을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리엔틸렌 공(共) 중합체이고, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질(28a)과 하나 이상의 열가소성 물질의 층(28b, 28c) 사이에서 하나 이상의 부가적인 플래스틱 물질층이 분출되며, 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질(28a)과 열가소성 물질의 동심층 사이에서 하나 이상의 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 공(共) 중합체의 층 공(共)중합체의 층이 분출되어짐을 특징으로 하는 온도상으로 교차-연결 가능한 물질의 분출방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 방법에 의하여 생산된 플래스틱 코팅된 산물(産物).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
