Abstract
본 발명은 I) Ia) 폴리우레탄을 수중에 분산가능하게 기와 C-C 이중 결합에 직접 부착된 카르보닐에 의해 활성화 되는 C-C 이중 결합이 있는 기를 갖는 폴리우레탄(PUR, I a), 또는 I b)-폴리우레탄을 수중에 분산가능하게 하는 기를 갖으나 C-C 이중 결합에 직접 부착된 카르모닐에 의해 활성화되는 C-C 이중결합을 갖는 기가 없는 폴리 우레탄 (PUR, I b) 및-폴리우레탄 PUR, I a 및 PUR, I b와는 상이하고, C-C이중 결합에 직접 부착된 카르보닐에 의해 활성화되는 C-C 이중 결합이 있는 기를 갖는 화합물(V. I)의 혼합물을 포함하는 분산액 상(P. I), 및 Ⅱ)-아미노 관능기의 형태로 존재하는 평균 2개 이상의 수소, -1g/1(25℃) 이상의 물 중의 용해도 및 -200 내지 1,000,000(화합물(Ⅱ))의 수 평균 분자량(Mn)을 갖는 화합물을 포함하는, 잠재-가교결합성 폴리우레탄 수분산액에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- I) I a) 폴리우레탄을 수 중에 분산가능하게 기와 C-C 이중 결합에 직접 부착된 카르보닐에 의해 활성화되는 C-C 이중 결합이 있는 기를 갖는 폴리우레탄(PUR. I a), 또는I b)-폴리우레탄을 수 중에 분산가능하게 하는 기를 갖으나C-C 이중 결합에 직접 부착된 카르보닐에 의해 활성화되는 C-C 이중 결합을 갖는 기가 없는 폴리 우레탄(PUR. I b) 및 - 폴리우레탄PUR. Ia 및 PUR. Ib와는 상이하고, C-C이중 결합에 직접 부착된 카르보닐에 의해 활성화되는 C-C 이중 결합이 있는 기를 갖는 화합물(V. I)의 혼합물을 포함하는 분산액 상(P. I). 및 Ⅱ) - 아미노 관능기의 형태로 존재하는 평균 2개 이상의 수소, -1g/1(25℃) 이상의물 중의 용해도 및 -200 내지 1,000,000(화합물 (Ⅱ)의 수 평균 분자량(Mn)을 갖는 화합물을 포함하는, 잠재-가교결합성 폴리우레탄 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상(P.I)은 al) 4 내지 30개의 탄소의 다관능성 이소시아네이트, a2) a2.1) 디올(a2) 전량 기준으로 분자량 500 내지5000인 폴리올 10 내지 100몰%, 및 a2.2) 디올(a2) 전량 기준으로 분자량 60 내지 500g/몰인 폴리올 0 내지 90몰% a3) 단량체 (a1) 및 (a2)와 상이하고, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트기 또는 하나 이상의 이소시아나네이트-반응성기를 갖고, 또한 하나 이상의 친수성기 또는 잠재적인 친수성기 (이는 폴리우레탄이 수 중에 분산가능하게 함)를 갖는 단량체, a4) 단량체 (a1), (a2) 및 (a3)과 상이하고, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트기 또는 하나 이상의 이소이아네이토-반응성 기를 갖고, 또한 하나 이상의 아크릴로일기 및 메타크릴로일기를 갖는 단량체, 및 a5)필요하다면, 추가로 안량체(a2) 내지 (a4)와 상이하고, 알코올성히드록실기 또는 1금 아미노기 또는 2급 아미노기인 이소시아네이토-반응성기를 갖는 다관능성 화합물로 이루어진 폴리우레탄(PUR, Ia)을 포함하는 수분산액.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상(P. I)이-폴리 우레탄(PUR. Ib) 및-화합물(V. I)로서 폴리우레탄 (PUR. Ic)의 혼합물이고, 폴리우레탄 (PUR. Ib)은 b1) 탄소 원자 4 내지 30개의 다관능성 이소시아네이트, b2) b2.1) 디올 (b2) 전량 기준으로 분자량 500 내지 5000인 폴리올 10 내지 100몰%, 및 b2.2)디올 (b2)전량 기준으로 분자량 60 내지 500g/몰인 폴리올 0 내지 90몰%, b3) 단량체 (b1) 및 (b2)와 상이하고, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트기 또는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이토-반응성기를 갖고, 또한 이상의 친수성기 또는 잠재적 친수성기를 갖음으로서 폴리우레탄을 수 중에 분산가능하게 만드는 단량체, 밍 b4) 필요하다면, 추가로 폴리올 (b2) 및 안량체 (b3)과 상이하고, 알코올성 히드록실 또는 1급 아미노인 이소시아네이토-반응성기를 갖는 다관능성 화합물로 이루어지며, 폴리우레탄(PUR.Ic)은 c1) 탄소 원자 4 내지 30개의 다관능성 이소시아네이트, c2) c2.1) 디올 (c2) 전량 기준으로 분자량 500 내지 5000인 폴리올 10 재지 100몰%. 및 c2.2) 이올 (c2) 전량 기준으로 분자량 60 내지 500g/몰인 폴리올 0 내지 90몰%, c3) 단량체 (c1) 및 (c2)와 상이하고, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트기 또는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이토-반응성기를 갖고, 또한 하나 이상의 아크릴로일기 또는 메타크릴로일기를 갖는 단량체로 이루어지는 수분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단량체(a4) 또는 (c3)은 C1-C6-히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트, C1-C6-히드록시알킬 메타크릴레이트 또는 아크릴산 및 (또는) 메타크릴산과 비스에폭시드의 이부가물인 수분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분지된 또는 미분지된 폴리에틸렌이민의 화합물(Ⅱ)로서 사용되는 수분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 쇄말단에서 NH2기를 갖는 폴리 -C2-C4-알킬렌 산화물이 화합물(Ⅱ)로서 사용되는 수분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르보닐에 의해 활성화된 이중결합 대 아미노 형태로 존재하는 수소의 몰비가 0.1 : 1 내지 10 :1인 수분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 PUR,Ia 및 PUR.Ic가 보유하는, C-C 이중 결합에 직접 부착된 카르보닐에 의해 활성화된 C-C 이중 결합을 갖는 기가 아크릴로일인 잠재-가교결합성 폴링뤠탄 수분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 분산액을 사용하여 목재, 금속, 직물, 가죽 또는 플라스틱물품의 침지, 코팅 또는 접착 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 수분산액을 사용하여 코팅, 침지 또는 접착된 목재, 금속, 직물, 가죽 또는 플라스틱 물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
