Abstract

본 발명은 카 오디오용 프론트 패널의 착탈구조에 관한 것으로, 카 오디오의 에스커션(10)에 설치되어 프론트 패널(20)의 탈거시 분리를 돕는 탄성부재(30)와, 프론트 패널(20)의 일측 상. 하단을 지지하는 힌지부재(40)로 설치된 착탈구조로서, 상기 에스커션(10)의 일측 수직방향에 소정폭을 갖는 직사각형의 작동홈(11)과, 상기 작동홈(11)의 일측에 연통되어 수직방향으로 형성된 안내공(12)과, 상기 작동홈(11)의 후면에 소정간격으로 형성된 지지편(13)과, 상기 지지편(13)에 설치되며 상하로 이동되어 프론트 패널(20)을 탈거하기 위한 해제수단(50)과, 상기 해제수단(50)에 결합되어 순차적으로 고정, 또는 분리되도록 프론트 패널(20)의 일측면에 형성된 착탈부(21)와, 상기 해제수단(50)의 접촉되어 해제수단(50)을 상. 하로 작동시키기 위한 해제노브(60)와, 상기 에스커션(10)의 후면 상측에 부착되어 해제노브(60)의 상면을 수평으로 안내하기 위한 가이드부재(70)로 설치되어 구성된 것이다.
상. 하로 수직 가능한 해제수단을 순차적으로 작동되도록 하여 에스커션에서 프론트 패널을 탈거되도록 하므로써, 작동이 종래보다 유연하여 탈거할 수 있어 프론트 패널의 낙하에 대한 손상을 방지할 수 있게 되는 유용한 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 카 오디오의 에스커션(10)에 설치되어 프론트 패널(20)의 탈거시 분리를 돕는 탄성부재(30)와, 프론트 패널(20)의 일측 상. 하단을 지지하는 힌지부재(40)로 설치된 프론트 패널의 착탈구조에 있어서, 상기 에스커션(10)의 일측 수직방향에 소정폭을 갖는 직사각형의 작동홈(11)과, 상기 작동홈(11)의 일측에 연통되어 수직방향으로 형성된 안내공(12)과, 상기 작동홈(11)의 후면에 소정간격으로 형성된 지지편(13)과, 상기 지편(13)에 설치되며 상하로 이동되어 프론트 패널(20)을 탈거하기 위한 해제수단(50)과, 상기 해제수단(50)에 결합되어 순차적으로 고정, 또는 분리되도록 프론트 패널(20)의 일측면에 형성된 착탈부(21)와, 상기 해제수단(50)의 접촉되어 해제수단(50)을 상. 하로 작동시키기 위한 해제노브(60)와, 상기 에스커션(10)의 후면 상측에 부착되어 해재노브(60)의 상면을 수평으로 안내하기 위한 가이드부재(70)로 설치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카 오디오용 프론트 패널의 착탈구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 해제수단(50)은 일측에 제1끼움공(51-1)이 형성되고 타단에 제2끼움공(51-2)이 형성된 제1작동레버(51)와, 상기 제1끼움공(51-2)에 끼움 고정되어 부착되도록 일측에 끼움턱(52-1)이 형성된 제2동작레버(52)와, 상기 제2끼움공(51-2)에 끼워지고 상기 에스커션(10)의 지지편(13)에 끼워져 조정되는 가이드봉(53)과, 상기 가이드봉(53)에 끼워져 제1작동레버(51)가 상측으로 밀려남을 방지하는 스톱퍼(54)와, 상기 가이드봉(53)에 끼워져 제1작동레버(51)를 탄력 지지하는 압축 스프링(55)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카 오디오용 프론트 패널의 착탈구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 해제노브(60)의 일단은 상기 가이드봉(53)의 상면을 가압하여 상. 하로 동작시키기 위한 경사턱(61)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카오디오용 프론트 패널의 착탈구조.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 이어서, 상기 프론트 패널(20)의 착탈부(21)는 상기 제2작동레버의 일단에 안내되기 위한 경사홈(21-1)과, 상기 경사홈(21-1)따라 안내되어 걸려 지지되기 위한 고정홈(21-2)과, 상기 경사홈(21-1)에 대칭되며 프론트 패널(20)이 탈거시 일차적으로 분리되어 걸려 지지되기 위한 단턱홈(21-3)으로 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카오디오용 프론트 패널의 착탈구조.
