Abstract

본 발명은 양어장탱크의 물이 배수관을 통하여 1차여과통과 2차여과통에서 여과된 다음 수로내에서 호기성균에 의하여 물이 정화되어 다시 양어장탱크내로 유입되도록 된것으로서, 1차여과통의 구조는 내통과 외통으로 구분설치하되 내통을 금속망으로 형성하고 내통과 외통사이 하단에 배설물 부유방지용 1차날개편을 설치하고 그 상단부에 일정한 간격을 이격시켜 2차날개편을 설치하며, 외통하단 출구 부분은 콘형태로 형성하여 배설물 및 찌꺼기가 쌓이도록하여 필요시 배출할 수 있도록 한 것으로 본 발명은 양식장 탱크의 물이 1차여과통 입구로 인입시 내통과 외통사이에서 스크류되어 배설물과 찌꺼기는 하부로 떨어지고 물은 철망을 거쳐 하단 출구를 통하여 2차여과체 및 수로로 유입될 수 있도록 발명된 양어장 물 여과장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 양어장탱크(1)의 물이 배수관(9)을 통하여 1차여과통(2)과 2차여과체(8)를 거쳐 여과된 후 수로(10)의 격벽(11)사이에 설치된 호기성균배양팩(12)에 의하여 정화된 후 탱크내로 유입되도록 구성된 것으로, 1차여과통(2)은 내통(3)과 외통(4)으로 설치하되 내통(3)은 금속망과 스크린(Screen)으로 몸체가 이루어지도록 하고, 내통(3)과 외통(4)하단을 콘형태로 형성하여 내통(3)하단은 출구(3′)를 구비하여 2차여과체(8)의 분출관(8a)에 연결하고, 외통(4)하단내의 공간부(4′)저면에는 배출구(5′)가 구비되어 별도의 배설물 처리탱크와 연결되며 배설물처리탱크의 물은 다시 외통(4) 하단 인입구(6)를 통하여 유입되도록 1차여과통(2)이 구성된 것으로써, 내통(3)과 외통(4)하단 사이에는 부유물방지용 1차날개편(13)이 설치되고, 그 상부에는 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 2차날개편(13′)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 양어장 물 여과장치.
