Abstract
본 발명은 광픽업 액츄에이터의 픽업 베이스 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 픽업 베이스의 반사미러가 설치되는 부착면의 기울기상태를 측정하여 픽업 베이스에 반사미러를 조립함에 있어 픽업 베이스의 불량을 감별하여 제품의 오조립을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 이를 위해 본 발명은 광픽업 액츄에이터의 픽업 베이스(200)에 형성된 반사미러 부착면(220)의 평탄도를 측정하는 픽업 베이스의 측정장치(100)에 있어서, 상기 픽업 베이스에(200)에 형성된 이동공(201) 및 가이드홈(202)이 끼워지도록 일측면에 경사지게 제1고정돌기(301)와 제2고정돌기(320)가 형성된 지지부재(300)와, 상기 지지부재(300)의 상측에 ㄱ자형상으로 절곡되어 고정 설치된 프레임(400)과, 상기 프레임(400)의 일측 하부에 부착되어 전기적인 신호에 의해 레이져 빔을 주사하는 콜루메타(500)와, 상기 콜루메타(500)의 레이져 빔이 수직되는 기준점을 설정하기 위해 정반(700) 적소에 설치되는 기준 반사미러(600)와, 상기 콜루메타(500)에 결합되어 레이져 빔의 초점상태를 보정하기 위한 카메라(800)와, 상기 카메라(800)와 연결설치되어 레이져 빔의 집속상태를 디스플레이 시켜주는 모니터(900)로 설치되어 구성된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
