Abstract

본 발명은 베인의 무게중심을 바깥쪽으로 이동시켜 저온, 저속에서도 원심력을 증대시켜 펌프의 성능을 향상시키도록 한 베인 펌프에 관한 것으로, 흡입구(11) 및 배출구(12)가 각각 형성된 하우징(10)과, 원주방향으로 설정된 간격마다 다수의 베인출몰홈(21)을 형성하여 하우징(10)내에 편심되게 회전축(30)에 고정설치되어 회전하는 로터(20)와, 로터(20)의 각 베인출몰홈(21)에 설치되어 회전시 축직각방향으로 출몰하면서 하우징(10)의 공간을 흡입 및 압축시키도록 하는 베인(40)으로 구성된 베인펌프에 있어서, 저온, 저속에서도 베인(40)의 원심력을 크게 하기 위하여 베인(40)의 무게중심이 외측단에 형성되도록 무게중심추(41)가 형성된 베인 펌프를 구성한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 흡입구 및 배출구가 각각 형성된 하우징과, 원주방향으로 설정된 간격마다 다수의 베인출몰흠을 형성하여 하우징내에 편심되게 회전축에 고정설치되어 회전하는 로터와, 로터의 각 베인출몰흠에 설치되어 회전시 축직각방향으로 출몰하면서 하우징의 공간을 흡입 및 압축시키도록 하는 베인으로 구성된 베인펌프에 있어서, 저온, 저속에서도 베인의 우너심력을 크게 하기 위하여 베인의 무게중심이 외측단에 형성되도록 무게중심추가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 베인 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로터와 베인의 조립수단은, 로터의 각 베인출몰흠의 끝단에 상호 대칭되게 돌출되는 걸림턱과, 로터의 베인출몰흠의 면과 슬라이딩 마찰면적을 줄이도록 하는 동시에 걸림턱에 걸려서 이탈을 방지하도록 베인의 내측단에 상호 대칭되게 돌출되는 이탈방지턱으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 베인 펌프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항 에 있어서, 상기 베인의 무게중심추는 하우징의 내주면과 일직선형으로 슬라이딩 마찰되도록 외측면에 만곡면을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 베인 펌프.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베인의 무게중심추는 로터의 외주면에 돌출되게 조립하여 로터의 외경을 줄여서 펌프의 효율을 증대시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 베인 펌프.
