Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 가구시트를 가장 위생적으로 제조할 수 있게 하고, 상기 제품의 외형이 장기적으로 유지되도록 한 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재를 제공하도록 한 것이다.
상기의 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 화섬으로 쿠션재를 제조함에 있어서; 사용섬유를 하측에서 상측으로 밀도가 점차적으로 적게 적층하여 제1쿠션층을 형성하는 제1공정과, 상기 제1쿠션층의 하측의 밀도보다 조밀하게 적층하여 제2쿠션층을 형성하는 제2공정과, 상기 제2쿠션층 표면에 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 처리한 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 층을 접착하는 제3공정과, 상기 제1쿠션층과 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 층이 접착된 제2쿠션층을 니들펀칭으로 접착시키는 제4공정으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재 제조방법을 제공한 것이다.
또한, 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재를 형성함에 있어서; 하측에서 상층부로 점차적으로 밀도가 적게 적층한 제1쿠션층과, 이 쿠션층위에 밀도가 조밀한 제2쿠션층을 적층하고 이 제2쿠션층 표면에 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 층이 접착되고 니들펀칭에 의한 니들펀칭라인으로 접착한 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 발행층을 갖는 쿠션재를 제공한 것이다.

원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도의 (가) 내지 (다)는 본 발명의 공정별 중간 제품으로서, (가)는 제1쿠션층, (나)는 제2쿠션층, (다)는 제3쿠션층, 제2도는 본 발명의 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재를 보인 사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 화학섬유로 쿠션재를 제조함에 있어서; 구성섬유의 밀도를 하측은 조밀하게 하고 상측으로 가면서 밀도가 점차적으로 적게 적층하여 제1쿠션층을 형성하는 제1공정과; 상기 제1쿠션층의 하측의 밀도 보다 조밀하게 적층하여 제2쿠션층을 형성하는 제2공정과;상기 제2쿠션층 표면에는 세라믹 코팅 처리한 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 필름을 접착하는 제3공정과; 상기 제1쿠션층 중 적층섬유의 밀도가 적은 쪽의 표면에 제2쿠션층을 적층하고 적층된 제1쿠션층과 제2쿠션층 및 일체로 되게 적층한 후 니들펀칭으로 접착시키는 제4공정으로 쿠션재를 제조하는 각 공정을 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재 제조방법.
  2. 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재를 형성함에 있어서; 구성섬유의 밀도를 하측은 조밀하게 하고 상측부로 갈수록 점차적으로 밀도가 낮게 적층한 제1쿠션층(10)과,이 쿠션층(10)의 밀도가 적은 표면위에 밀도가 조밀한 제2쿠션층(20)을 원적층하고 이 제2쿠션층(20) 표면에 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 층(30)이 접착되고 니들펀칭라인(40)으로 제1쿠션층(20)과 제2쿠션층(20) 및 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 층(30)이 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 발생층을 갖는 쿠션재.
