Abstract
Description
Claims (36)
- (a)실질적으로 투명하거나 또는 금속성의 반사성 물질로 구성되는 코어, 및 (b)1종 이상의 산화 규소를 주성분으로 하는 하나 이상의 코팅으로 이루어지고, 코팅 (b)의 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 평균값으로 0.25 내지 0.95인 착색 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어는 작은 판 형태이고, 길이 1 내지 200㎛, 너비 1 내지 200㎛ 및 두께 0.01 내지 5㎛인 것인 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어는 금속성의 반사성 물질로 구성되는 것인 안료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 코어는 Ag,Al,Au,Cu,Cr,Ge,Mo,Ni,Si,Ti, 그의 합금. 흑연, Fe2O3또는 MoS2로 구성되는 것인 안료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 코어는 380 내지 800nm의 범위에서 그의 표면 위에 수직으로 떨어지는 빛의 35% 이상을 반사하는 것인 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 물질은 투명한 물질로 구성되는 것인 안료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 코어 물질은 운모로 구성되는 것인 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비는 0.6 내지 0.8인 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅(b)는 층 두께가 10 내지 500nm인 것인 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅(b)의 형태학 및 광학 특성이 20℃ 내지 250℃ 범위의 온도에서 얻어지는 안료.
- 제10항에 있어서, 온도가 60℃ 내지 120℃인 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅(b)는 실질적으로 비결정질 성질의 것인 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)실질적으로 투명하거나 또는 금속성의 반사성 물질로 구성되는 코어, (b)1종 이상의 산화 규소를 주성분으로 하는 하나 이상의 코팅, 및 (c) 코어 (a) 위에 코팅(b)와 동일한 면에 적층하고, 조성이 코팅(b)의 조성과 다른 임의의 고체 물질로 구성되는 하나 이상의 추가 코팅을 코어(a)에 대해 코팅(b) 및 (c)의 임의의 상대적 배열로 함유하고, 코팅(b)의 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 평균값으로 0.25 내지 0.95인 안료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 코팅(c)의 물질은 1종 이상의 금속 산화물 또는 1종 이사의 금속 플루오르화물로 구성되는 것인 안료.
- 제14항에 있어서, 코팅(c)의 물질은 1종 이상의 Si,Ti,Zn,Sn,Ge,Zr,Al,Fe,V,Ni,Co,Cu,Cr 또는 Pb의 산화물 또는 혼합 산화물, 또는 1종 이상의 Mg 또는 Ca의 플루오르화물로 구성되는 것인 안료.
- 제15항에 있어서, 코팅(c)의 물질은 SiO2로 구성되는 것인 안료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 코팅(b)는 코어(a) 및 코팅(c) 사이에 있고, 코팅(c)는 층 두께가 0.1 내지 200nm인 것인 안료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 코팅(c)는 코어(a) 및 코팅(c) 사이에 있고, 층 두께가 70 내지 50nm인 것인 안료.
- 제18항에 있어서, 코팅(b)의 굴절률은 1.7 이상인 안료.
- 제18항에 있어서, 코팅(c)의 물질은 서로 다른 1종 이상의 산화 규소로 구성되고, 코팅(c)의 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 평균값으로 1.0 내지 2.0 이고, 코팅(b) 및 (c)의 굴절률은 0.1 이상으로 서로 다른 안료.
- 제20항에 있어서, 코팅(c)의 규소에 대한 산소의 비가 평균값으로 1.5 내지 2.0이고, 코팅(b) 및 (c)의 굴절률은 0.2 이상으로 서로 다른 안료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 코팅(b) 및 (c)는 직접 접촉하고, 코팅(b) 및 (c)의 굴절률은 0.1 이상으로 서로 다른 안료.
- 제22항에 있어서, 코팅(b) 및 (c)의 굴절률은 0.2 이상으로 서로 다른 안료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 각각 동일한 조성 및 층 두께를 가지고, 각각 코어(a)에 대해 서로 거울상 대칭으로 배열되는, 1종 이상의 산화 규소를 주성분으로 하는 2층 이상의 코팅(b) 및 (b′), 및 고체 물질로 구성되는 2층 이상의 추가 코팅(c) 및 (c′)를 함유하는 안료.
- 제24항에 있어서, 평면 코어(a) 및 각 하나의 코팅(b),(b′),(c) 및 (c′)로 이루어지는 안료.
- 제24항에 있어서, 제25항에 따른 안료 및 표면 보호 층으로 이루어지는 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어(a)뿐 아니라 궁극적으로 그 위에 적층된 모든 코팅이 실질적으로 균일한 층 두께를 갖는 안료.
- 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 평균값으로 0.25 내지 0.95 인 1종 이상의 산화 규소 층을 함유하는, 실질적으로 평활한 표면을 가지고 200㎛보다 큰 치수가 하나 이상인 피복된 투명하거나 또는 금속성의 반사성 기재.
- 제28항에 있어서, 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 0.25 내지 0.95인 산화 규소 층의 조성과는 서로 다른 임의의 조성의 고체 물질로 구성되는 추가 층을 함유하는 기재.
- 산소 분압 3.0x10-4Pa 내지 1.8x10-3Pa에서 기체 산소 존재하에 규소 금속의 진공 증발, 스퍼터링 또는 화학적 증착에 의해 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 평균 값으로 0.25 내지 0.95 인 1종 이상의 산화 규소를 주성분으로 하는 코팅으로 기재를 피복시키는 방법.
- -코팅(b″)의 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 평균값으로 0.25 내지 0.95 이고, -코팅(c″)의 규소에 대한 산소의 몰비가 평균값으로 1.0 내지 2.0이며, -산소 분압이 코팅 공정 도중에 변화되는, 기체 산소 존재하에 규소 금속의 진공 증발, 스퍼터링 또는 화학적 증착에 의해 각각 1종 이상의 산화 규소를 주성분으로 하는 2층의 코팅(b″) 및 (c″)로 기재를 피복시키는 방법.
- 고분자량 유기물, 및 고분자량 유기물을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 30중량%이 제1항에 따른 안료로 이루어지는 착색된 조성물.
- 제32항에 있어서, 고분자량 유기물을 기중으로 하여 1 내지 20중량%의 제1항에 따른 안료가 존재하는 착색된 조성물.
- 제33항에 있어서, 고분자량 유기물이 페인트 또는 인쇄 잉크인 조성물.
- 제34항에 있어서, 고분자량 유기물이 자동차 락카인 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 안료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자량 유기물의 착색방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
