Claims (5)
- 유기물을 오염물로서 함유하는 폐수에 산화제를 첨가한 후, 자외선을 조사하여 상기 유기물을 분해시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 산화제의 첨가는 이것의 비율이 상기 폐수의 COD값에 대하여 특정 범위내로 유지되도록 경사적으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물을 함유하는 폐수의 자외선 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 과산화수소이고, 상기 관산화수소의 양은 이것의 농도가 폐수의 COD값의 0.5 내지 1.0배내로 유지되도록 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 과산화수소이고, 상기 관산화수소의 양은 이것의 농도가 폐수의 COD값의 0.6 내지 0.8배내로 유지되도록 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐수가 황- 또는 질소- 함유 유기 화합물을 오염물로서 함유하는 방법.
- 폐수의 COD값을 감시하기 위한 수단; 폐수에 산화제를 첨가하기 위한 수단; 폐수에 자외선을 조사함으로써 폐수중의 유기물을 분해 및 제거하기 위한 자외선 분해 수단; 및 상기 자외선 분해 수단에 폐수를 공급하고 순환시키기 위한 공급 수단을 포함하고, 산화제의 비율이 상기 폐수의 COD값에 대하여 특정 범위내로 유지되도록 상기 산화제의 첨가를 제어하는, 유기물을 함유하는 폐수의 자외선 처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
