Claims (5)
- 측벽으로 봉합되는 전계방출소자의 두 기판간의 셀갭을 유지하는 스페이서 구조에 있어서, 상기 측벽의 내측 또는 외측이나 양측에 상기 측벽을 따라 림형태로 연장되는 스페이서벽을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출소자의 스페이서 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서벽이 한 기판상에 적층인쇄로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출소자의 스페이서 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서벽이 합성수지 시이트를 림형태로 절단하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출소자의 스페이서 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서벽이 상기 측벽의 소성시 연소되어 소실되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출소자의 스페이서 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 시이트가 상기 측벽의 소성시 연소되지 않는 내열성 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출소자의 스페이서 구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
