Abstract
본 발명은 변위 센서에 의해 굽힘 가공 공정 도중에 변하는 관의 굽힘 정도를 고정밀도로 검출하고, 그 변위센세에 의해 검출된 관의 굽힘 정도에 대한 검출 값을 메모리의 프로그램에 미리 기록된 제어값과 정확하게 비교함으로써, 작업의 개시로부터 모든 관들을 미리 세팅된 방식으로 효과적으로 굽힘 가공하기 위한 관굽힘 가공 시스템에 관한 것이다. 변위 센서는 굽힘 대상 관의 위치를 검출하기 위해 그립퍼와 반동 수용부와의 사이에서 반동 수용부 쪽으로 배치된다. 이 변위 센서는 검출부와 변환부로 구성된다. 검출부에 의해 검출된 굽힘 대상 관의 위치를 표시하는 값은 변환부에 의해 굽힘 대상 관의 굽힘 정도로 변환되고, 그 변환된 굽힘 정도는 관의 굽힘 가공 작업을 반복하는 동안에 콘트롤러로 전송되어, 그 굽힘 정도는 미리 결정된 굽힘 정도에 가까워진다.The present invention accurately detects the degree of bending of a tube that changes during the bending process by a displacement sensor, and accurately compares the detected value of the degree of bending of the tube detected by the displacement sensor with a control value previously recorded in the program of the memory.
