Claims (6)
- 유체를 흡입. 가압 및 토출하는 재생펌프에 있어서, 상류(upstream)단부 및 하류단부와, 상기 상류단부와 연통하는 흡입구와, 유로외부에 형성된 하부단부와 연통하는 토출구와, 흡입구 및 토출구간의 연료흐름을 방지하며 흡입구 및 토출구간에 형성된 봉인벽을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 C자형태 유로를 갖는 펌프케이싱과; 외주부상에 교대로 형성된 복수의 블레이드 및 블레이드 디츠를 갖는 펌프케이싱에서 배치된 임펠러를 구비하며, 거기에서 유체는 흡입구로부터 흡입되고, 블레이드 디츠 및 유로간의 유체를 순환시켜서 유로에서 가압되고, 임펠러 회전에 따라 토출구로부터 토출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출구는 토출구의 입구에서 연료흐름방향을 90도보다 적게 하기 위해 임펠러의 회전방향을 향해 경사각으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토출구가 봉인벽의 단부와 접촉해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토출구가 유로의 외주부와 접촉해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유로가 유체를 가압하는 가압유로와 토출구로 들어 가는 그 유체를 가이딩하는 가이딩부분을 포함하고, 상기 가이딩부분은 토출구에 직면하는 유로의 하류단부에서 가압유로와 사실상 같은 횡단면영역으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러가 디츠에서 레이디얼(radially)하게 돌출한 블레이드 디츠에서 형성된 분리 벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생펌프.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
