Abstract

본 발명은 절삭 공구 모재의 표면에 코팅되는 코팅층을 중온 및 고온 화학증착법으로 적층되게 피복처리함으로써 내마모성과 인성을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있고 사용 수명을 향상시키는데 적합한 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 초경 합금공구의 모재 표면에 중온 화학증착법에 의한 티타늄 화합물층과 고온 화학증착법을 이용한 세라믹층을 순차적으로 피복함을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 초경 합금공구의 모재 표면에 증온 화학증착법에 의한 티타늄 화합물층과 고온 화학증착법을 이용한 세라믹층을 순차적으로 피복함을 특징으로 하는 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄 화합물층 두께가 1-10㎛이고, 세라믹층 두께가 0.1-3.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄 화합물층이 TiC, TiCN, TiN중에서 선택한 1종이고, 세라믹층이 알루미나층인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 티타늄 화합물층이 TiC, TiCN, TiN중에서 선택한 1종이 중복되지 않는 조성으로 하여 1층과 2층으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조방법.
  5. 초경합금 공그의 모재 표면에 고온 화학증착법에 의한 티타늄 화합물층과, 중온 화학증착법에 으한 티타늄 화합물층과, 고온 화학증착법에 의한 세라믹층ㅇ르 순차적으로 피복함을 특징으로 하는 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 고온 화학증착법에 의한 티타늄 화합물층의 두께가 0.1-2.0㎛이고, 증온 화학증착법에 의한 티타늄 화합물층의 두께가 1-10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 티타늄 화합물층이 TiC, TiCN, TiN중에서 선택한 1종이고, 세라믹층이 알루미나층인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 초경합금 절삭공구의 제조방법.
