Claims (3)
- 제1전원전압과 제2전원전압 사이에 직렬로 연결되어 기전력을 발생하는 코일과, 상기 코일에 직렬로 연결되는 스위치 수단을 포함하는 유도부하를 갖는 반도체 제조장비의 유도부하 회로에 있어서; 상기 코일에 병렬로 연결되어 상기 코일의 서지를 바이패스 시키는 서지 바이패스 수단을 포함하는, 유도부하를 갖는 반도체 제조장비의 서지바이패스 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 수단은 직류회로에서 다이오드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유도부하를 갖는 반도체 제조장비의 서지 바이패스 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 수단으로 교류회로에서 바리스터를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유도부하를 갖는 반도체 제조장비의 서지 바이패스 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
