Abstract

본 발명은 디지탈 방송용 위성방송 수신기(IRD)/DVCR 일체형 회로에 관한 것으로서, 특히 불법시청 및 복사방지기능이 포함되어 전송되는 비트 스트림을 디코딩 및 디스크램블링하여 아날로그 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 디스플레이하기 위한 디스플레이 장치로 출력하고, 스크램블링된 디지탈 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 기록 매체에 기록하기 위해 출력하는 방송 수신수단, 상기 방송 수신수단으로부터 출력되는 스크램블링된 디지탈 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 기록매체에 기록하고, 기록매체에 기록된 스크램블링된 디지탈 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 재생하여 상기 방송수신 수단으로 출력하는 디지탈 기록/재생 수단, 및 상기 방송 수신수단과 디지탈 기록/재생 수단과의 데이타 입출력을 위한 인터페이스 수단이 하나의 시스템으로 일체화되어 구성됨으로써, 하드웨어 구성 및 외부 인터페이스를 간략히 함은 물론 하나의 콘트롤러로 두개의 시스템을 쉽게 제어할 수 있으며, 기능 확장시에는 내부간의 회로 변경을 행하여 처리할 수 있도록 하여 내부의 특성 인터페이스 규격등에 의한 제약을 받지 않도록 하고, 아날로그 신호 처리와 관련된 입출력 역시 공통적으로 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 사용시 혼란을 막고, 디지탈 기능을 위해 기존 처리부를 공유함으로써 디지탈 방송에 가장 효율적인 시스템이 될 수 있도록 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 불법시청 및 복사방지기능이 포함되어 전송되는 비트 스트림을 불법시청 및 복사방지를 제어하는 신호에 따라 디스크램블링하여 아날로그 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 디스플레이하기 위한 디스플레이 장치로 출력하고, 스크램블링된 디지탈 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 기록 매체에 기록하기 위해 출력되는 방송 수신수단, 상기 방송 수신수단으로부터 출력되는 스크램블링된 디지탈 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 기록매체에 기록하고, 기록매체에 기록된 스크램블링된 디지탈 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 재생하여 상기 방송수신 수단으로 출력하는 디지탈 기록/재생 수단, 및 상기 방송 수신수단으로부터 출력되는 스크램블링된 가변 데이타 전송율의 데이타 또는 외부 데이타를 기록매체에 기록하기 적합한 고정 데이타 전송율의 데이타로 변환하거나, 상기 디지탈 기록/재생 수단에서 출력되는 스크램블링된 고정 데이타 전송율의 데이타를 가변 데이타 전송율의 데이타로 변환하여 상기 방송 수신수단이나 외부로 출력하기 위한 인터페이스 수단이 하나의 시스템으로 일체화되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 방송용 수신기/디지탈 브이씨알 일체형 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방송 수신수단은 안테나를 통해 수신되는 신호중에서 하나의 채널을 선택하는 저잡음 블럭 및 튜너와, 상기 저잡음 블럭 및 튜너를 통해 선택된 채널을 디지탈 비트 스트림으로 변환한 후 전송중에 발생한 에러를 정정하는 복조 및 에러정정부와, 상기 복조 및 에러 정정부에서 복조 및 에러가 정정된 데이타, 상기 디지탈 기록/재생 수단에서 재생되는 재생 데이타, 외부 디지탈 데이타를 입력으로 선택 신호에 의해 그중 하나를 선택하는 출력하는 입력 선택부와, 상기 입력 선택부를 통해 출력되는 여러 프로그램이 다중화된 한 채널의 비트 스트림중에서 하나의 프로그램만을 선택하고 불법시청 및 복사방지를 제어하는 신호를 이용하여 선택된 프로그램의 비트 스트림을 디스크램블링하는 디멀티플렉서와, 상기 디멀티플렉서로부터 비트 스트림을 복호(Decryption)하여 불법 시청 및 복사를 제어하기 위한 신호들을 다시 디멀티플렉서로 출력하여 한정 수신 및 복사 방지 기능을 수행하는 스마트 카드와, 상기 디멀티플렉서에서 출력되는 디스크램블링된 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 신장한 후 아날로그 오디오 및 비데오 데이타로 변환하여 디스플레이 장치로 출력하는 오디오 및 비데오 디코딩부와, 상기 방송 수신수단과 디지탈 기록/재생 수단의 제어를 일원화하기 위한 호스트 프로세서로 구성되는 디지탈 방송용 수신기/디지탈 브이씨알 일체형 회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디멀티플렉서는 디지탈 기록/재생 수단과의 신호처리 및 제어를 위해 프로그램을 보면서 기록할 수 있도록 하거나 한 채널을 보면서 다른 채널을 기록할 수 있도록 채널 선택기를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 방송용 수신기/디지탈 브이씨알 일체형 회로.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방송 수신수단은 상기 디멀티플렉서로부터 출력되는 정보 데이타를 신장한 후 인터페이스를 통해 외부장치로 출력하는 데이타 디코더를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 방송용 수신기/디지탈 브이씨알 일체형 회로.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인터페이스 수단은 상기 디멀티플렉서로부터 가변 데이타 전송율로 출력되는 스크램블링된 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 일시 저장하는 FIFO 메모리와, 상기 FIFO 메모리에 저장된 데이타 또는 외부 데이타를 선택하여 상기 디지탈 기록/재생장치로 전송하기 위한 입력 인터페이스와, 상기 입력 인터페이스를 통해 출력되는 데이타를 기록매체에 기록하기 적합한 고정 데이타 전송율의 데이타로 변환하여 상기 디지탈 기록/재생 수단으로 출력하는 포맷터와, 상기 디지탈 기록/재생 수단에서 출력되는 스크램블링된 고정 데이타 전송율의 오디오 및 비데오 데이타를 가변 데이타 전송율의 오디오 및 비데오 데이타로 변환하는 디포맷터와, 상기 디포맷터의 출력을 상기 방송 수신수단의 입력선택부 또는 외부의 다른 디지탈 기록/재생 장치로 출력하기 위한 출력 인터페이스와, 외부 디지탈 데이타를 수신하여 상기 방송 수신수단의 입력 선택부 및 상기 입력 인터페이스로 출력하는 디지탈 신호 입력부와, 상기 출력 인터페이스에서 출력되는 신호를 외부로 출력하기 위한 디지탈 신호 출력부로 구성되는 디지탈 방송용 수신기/디지탈 브이씨알 일체형 회로.
