Abstract

본 발명은 광 디스크 플레이어를 개시한다.
본 발명은, 메인새시의 전면 일측면에 마련되는 구동모터와; 구동모터에 의해 회전 구동되는 중계기어와; 메인새시상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지되며, 중계기어와 이 맞물림되는 기어부가 마련되고, 벨트걸이홈이 마련된 풀리부가 형성된 가이더와; 메인새시상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지되며, 풀리부에 형성된 벨트걸이홈과 벨트를 통해 연결되어 회전력을 전달받는 풀리와; 풀리에 그 일단이 고정되고, 그 타단이 메인새시상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지된 회전축과; 회전축상에 일체로 몰딩되며, 전면상판과의 사이에 광 디스크를 제개하여 이를 턴테이블을 향해 이송시키는 장구형 가이드 롤러;를 포함하여 된 것으로서, 회전축을 구동시키는 가이더와 풀리 및 이들을 연결시키는 동력전달원인 벨트간의 슬립마찰을 통해 광 디스크와 가이드 롤러간의 슬립마찰에 의한 광디스크의 손상을 방지하도록 된 것이어서, 그 제작이 매우 용이한 이점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 그 내측면에 턴 테이블이 위치된 메인새시와, 이 메인새시의 전면 상측에 마련되는 전면상판과, 상기 메인새시의 후면 상측에 마련되어 턴 테이블상에 안착되는 광 디스크를 척킹시키는 척킹 플레이트와, 상기 턴 테이블을 향해 광 디스크를 안내하는 디스크 가이드수단을 포함하는 광 디스크 플레이어에 있어서, 상기 디스크 가이드 수단은, 상기 메인새시(10)의 전면 일측면에 마련되는 구동모터(M)와; 상기 구동모터(M)에 의해 회전 구동되는 중계기어(G)와; 상기 메인새시(10)상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지되며, 그 일측면에 상기 중계기어(G)와 맞물림되는 기어부(41)가 마련되고, 그 내측면에는 벨트걸이홈(42a)이 마련된 폴리부(42)가 형성된 가이더(40)와; 상기 전면상판(20)과 인접된 메인세시(10)상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지되며, 상기 가이더(40)의 풀리부(42)에 형성된 벨트 걸이홈(42a)과 벨트(B)를 통해 연결되어 회전력을 전달받는 풀리(50)와; 상기 풀리(50)에 그 일단이 고정되고, 그 타단이 풀리(5)가 결합된 부위와 대응되는 메인세시(10)상에 회전 가능하게 축 지지된 회전축(60)과; 상기 회전축(60)상에 일체로 몰딩되며, 상기 전면상판(20)과의 사이에 광 디스크(D)를 개재하여 이를 상기 턴테이블(11)을 향해 이송시키는 장구형 가이드 롤러(70);를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크 플레이어.
