본 발명은 레이저 다이오드(Laser-Diode)의 빔 발산영역의 가로축(X)과 세로축(Y)의 길이의 비가 다를 경우 집속되는 빔의 형상을 필요로 하는 원형상태로 만들어 주기 위한 5매 구면렌즈를 이용한 레이저 다이오드용 집속 광학계에 관한 것으로, 양면이 소정 곡률을 갖는 제1, 제2렌즈(10)(20)와 평볼록형 제3레즈(30)를 일직선상에 소정간격으로 배치하여 제3렌즈(30)를 통한 빔의 방향이 평행하게 진행되도록 한 제1렌즈군(100)을 구성하고, 양면이 소정 곡률을 갖는 제4, 제5렌즈(40)(50)를 일직선상에 소정간격으로 배치하여 제5렌즈(50)를 통한 빔의 방향이 집속되도록 한 제2렌즈군(200)을 구비하며, 상기 제1렌즈군(100)과 제2렌즈군(200)이 소정간격으로 일직선상에 배치되도록 구성하므로서, 고가의 실린더 렌즈나 6매 구면렌즈를 사용한 집속광학계용 렌즈보다 저렴한 비용으로 가공이 가능하고, 렌즈 매수의 감소에 따른 가공공수를 절약할 수 있으며, 렌즈의 배치가 용이하도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.According to the present invention, when the ratio of the length of the horizontal axis (X) and the vertical axis (Y) of the beam diverging region of the laser diode (Laser-Diode) is different, five spherical lenses are used to make the circular shape requiring the focused beam shape.
