Abstract

본 발명은 매독 트레포네마 융합 항원 및 그 융합 항원을 사용한 항매독 트레포네마 항체의 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 매독 트레포네마의 표면항원이 2개 이상 융합된 매독 트레포네마 융합 항원이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 융합 항원은 각 표면 항원을 각각 단독으로 사용한 경우보다 훨씬 항 Tp 항체와의 반응성이 높고, 그 융합 항원을 항 Tp 항체의 측정계에 사용함으로서, 종래에는 없는 높은 측정 감도를 가진항 Tp 항체 측정 방법이 제공될 수 있다.

매독 트레포네마 융합 항원 및 그 융합 항원을 사용한 항매독 트레포네마 항체의 측정 방법

제1도는 발현 벡터 pW6A의 상세 구조를 나타낸 도면,
제2도는 47K 항체를 코드하는 유전자의 조제 절차를 나타낸 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 매독 트레포네마의 표면 항원이 2개 이상 융합된 매독 트레포네마 융합 항원.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매독 트레포네마의 표면 항원이 3개 이상 융합된 매독 트레포네마 융합 항원.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 매독 트레포네마의 표면 항원이 2 내지 3개 융합된 매독 트레포네마 융합 항원.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매독 트레포네마의 표면 항원의 분자량이 47kDa, 17kDa, 15kDa인 매독 트레포네마 융합 항원.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 매독 트레포네마 융합 항원이 N 말단측에서 C말단으로, 47kDa, 17kDa, 15kD의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 47kDa,, 15kDa,17kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 15kDa,17kDa,47kDa순으로 융합된 융합항원, 17kDa,47kDa,15kDa,순으로 융합된 융합 항원 47kDa,17kDa,의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 47kDa,15kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 17kDa,47kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 17kDa,15kDa,의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 15kDa,47kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 15kDa,17kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 15kDa,15kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 15kDa,15kDa,15kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원, 15kDa, 15kDa,15kDa,15kDa의 순으로 융합된 융합 항원인 융합 항원.
