Abstract
본 발명은 자동차용 기화기의 초크 밸브에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 초크 밸브의 형상이 원판형으로 되어 있어 그 원판의 둘레가 상기 공기실의 벽을 박고 있을 때 틈새가 생기게 되는 경우가 있어 공기의 양을 정확하게 조절할 수 없었다. 따라서 본 고안에서는, 기화기 관체(11)의 공기실(12)로 유입되는 공기를 조절하기 위한 자동차용 기화기의 초크밸브에 있어서, 상기 공기실(12)의 입구(13)를 연설하여 보조 공기실(14)을 형성하고, 그 보조 공기실(14) 상면에는 리턴 스프링(17)과 가속 케이블(16)에 설치된 탄두형 초크 밸브(15)를 상하 승강되게 설치하여 상기 공기실(12)의 입구(13)를 개폐토록 한 것으로, 원판형 대신에 탄두형으로 된 초크 밸브를 사용함으로써 공기실에 유입되는 공기의 양을 정확하게 조절할 수 있게 된 매우 유용한 발명이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
