본 발명은 오일의 온도에 따라 오일 쿨러의 냉각을 제어하여 최적의 유온과 점성계수를 유지할 수 있도록 된, 차량용 오일 쿨러(oil cooler)의 냉각제어장치에 관한 것으로, 오일쿨러(10)에 유입구(11a)및 배출구 (11b)를 포함하는 오일통로(11)를 형성하고, 더워진 오일을 냉각시킬 수 있도록 오일 쿨러(10)에 냉각수 통로(12)를 형성하며, 또한 오일쿨러(10)의 유입구(11a)에 오일팬(20)을 공급관(30)으로 연결하되, 공급관(30)에 오일 펌프(40)를 설치하여 오일팬(20)의 오일을 오일 쿨러(10)로 유입시킬 수 있도록 하고 공급관(30)및 배출구(11b)에 오일필터로 이어지는 바이패스관(50)을 연통, 설치하며, 아울러 배출구(11b)와 바이패스관(50)의 연결부에 솔레노이드밸브(60)를 설치하면서 오일팬(20)에 유온감지센서(70)를 설치하고, 솔레노이드 밸브(60)와 유온감지센서(70)를 각각 E.C.U(80)에 연결하여 오일의 온도가 기준치 이하일 경우 소레노이드 밸브(60)를 개방, 제어함과 동시에 유량을 제어하도록 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a cooling control device for an oil cooler for a vehicle, which is capable of maintaining an optimum oil temperature and viscosity by controlling cooling of an oil cooler according to oil temperature.
