Abstract

본 발명은 문틀에 방화문이나 출입문의 일측을 고정시켜 개폐되도록 하는 피벗힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상부힌지에 스톱퍼장치를 설치하여 방화문이 90°이상 열리게 되면 닫히지 않도록 고정시키며, 하부에 자동닫힘 장치를 설치하여 방화문이 열린후 자동으로 닫히도록 하는 도어용 피벗힌지에 관한 것이다.
따라서 본 발명은 방화문을 설치하는 상부힌지에는 방화문이 일정각도 이상 열리면 고정되는 스톱퍼장치와, 상기 하부힌지에는 방화문이 열린후 자동으로 닫히는 자동닫힘장치를 구성시키되 스톱퍼장치는 거종판의 하측으로 스톱핀을 돌출시키고 후레임판의 상측에 판스프링을 구성시키고, 자동닫힘장치는 하부핀에 삽입된 스프링의 고정대를 보강판과 고정판에 설치하고 덮개로 덮어서 스프링의 탄성력으로 방화문이 자동으로 닫히도록 구성시켜 일정각도 이상 열면 고정되도록 하며 방화문이 열린후 자동으로 닫히도록 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 문틀의 상, 하측에서 상, 하부힌지로 방화문을 설치하여 개폐시키는 것에 있어서, 방화문을 설치하는 상부힌지에는 방화문이 일정각도 이상 열리면 고정되는 스톱퍼장치와, 상기 하부힌지에는 방화문이 열린후 자동으로 닫히는 자동닫힘장치를 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 피벗힌지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스톱퍼장치는 거종판의 하측으로 스톱핀을 돌출시키고 후레임판의 상측에 판스프링을 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 피벗힌지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 자동닫힘장치는 하부핀에 삽입된 스프링의 고정대를 보강판과 고정판에 설치하고 덮개로 덮어서 스프링의 탄성력으로 방화문이 자동으로 닫히도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 피벗힌지.
