Abstract

(a) 2,500 내지 6.500의 분자량, 적어도 2.0의 평균 공칭 작용성(Fn) 및 적어도 40%의 일차 히드록실 함량을 갖는 베이스 폴리올 및 거기에 안정하게 분산된 중합체를 포함하는 80 내지 99.5 중량부(pbw)의 중합체 폴리올,
(b) 2,000 내지 5.500의 분자량, 적어도 40 중량%의 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량 및 적어도 5-%의 일차 히드록실 함량을 갖는 0.5 내지 20 pbw의 친수성 폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올 조성물.
주성물은 촉매, 바람직하게는 주석 촉매를 포함하는 촉매 및 여타의 가교결합제를 추가로 포함하고 라텍스-유사 폴리우레탄 발포체를 생성하기에 매우 유용하다. 그러한 발포체는 쿠션(예를 들면, 차시트 및 실내 장식용 가구류)또는 매트리스에 적합하게 적용된다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 2,500 내지 6.500의 분자량, 적어도 2.0의 평균 공칭 작용성(Fn) 및 적어도 40%의 일차 히드록실 함량을 갖는 베이스 폴리올 및 거기에 안정하게 분산된 중합체를 포함하는 80 내지 99.5 중량부(pbw)의 중합체 폴리올, 및 총 100pbw가 되도록,
    (b) 2,000 내지 5.500의 분자량, 적어도 40 중량%의 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량 및 적어도 5-%의 일차 히드록실 함량을 갖는 0.5 내지 20 pbw의 친수성 폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 베이스 폴리올이 3,000 내지 6,000의 분자량, 2.5 내지 6.0의 Fn 및 70 내지 95%의 일차 히드록실 함량을 갖는 폴리올 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 베이스 폴리올이 5 내지 50 중량%의 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량을 갖는 폴리올 조성물.
  4. 제 1 내지 3 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리스티렌, SAN 공중합체 또는 트리에탄올아민과 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트의 축합물로서 수득된 폴리우레탄 중합체인 폴리올 조성물.
  5. 제 1 내지 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 3,000 내지 5,000의 분자량, 50 내지 80 중량%의 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량 및 70 내지 95%의 일차 히드록실 함량을 갖는 폴리울 조성물.
  6. 제 1 내지 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (c) 0.01 내지 2 php의 촉매; 및 (d) 0 내지 3.0php의 가교결합제, 바람직하게는 디에탄올아민을 추가로 포함하는 폴리올 조성물.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 촉매가 아민 촉매와 조합하여 임의로 사용된 주석 촉매인 폴리올 조성물.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 주석 촉매가 제일주석옥토에이트인 폴리올 조성물.
  9. 제 1 내지 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리올 조성물 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 포함하는 조성물을 발포시킴으로써 수득가능한 가요성 라텍스-유사 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  10. 제 9 항에 따른 가요성 라텍스-유사 폴리 우레탄 발포체를 포함하는 성형제품.
