Abstract

본 발명은 탄소/탄소 복합재료(C/C composites)를 제조함에 있어 중간성형체인 그린바디(green body)를 열처리하여 1차 탄화체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 탄소섬유와 전치를 혼합하여 몰드(mold)에 장입하고, 이 몰드를 열처리 장치에서 가열한 후 프레싱(pressing)하여 그린바디(green body)를 제조하며, 이 그린바디를 열처리로에서 탄화시켜1차 탄화체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 그린바디를 열처리로에서 기체압력을 가하면서 탄화시켜 주는 것을 특징으로 하여, 탄화수을이 높은 고밀도의 1차 탄화체를 제조해 주면서도 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 대량생산화를 가능하게 해 주는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a primary carbide by heat-treating a green body, which is an intermediate molded body, in the manufacture of C / C composites.
