본 발명은 폐유리를 재생하여 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 폐유리의 재생방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 구체적으로는 폐유리를 입도 50mm 이상으로 파쇄하는 1차 파쇄단계, 파쇄된 유리의 표면에 부착되어 있는 이물질을 물로 세척하는 세척단계, 세척된 유리를 입자 20-50mm로 재차 파쇄하는 2차 파쇄단계, 2차 파쇄된 유리에서 금속을 전자석을 이용해 제거하는 금속제거단계, 금속이 제거된 유리의 입도를 선별하여 입도 50mm 이상은 2차 파쇄공정으로 재송출하는 입도선별단계, 선별된 입도 20-50mm의 유리에서 종이, 합성수지등의 경유기물을 제거하는 경유기물 제거 공정단계, 경유기물이 제거된 유리에 함유된 비급속을 제거하는 비금속 제거단계로 이루어진 폐유리 재생방법 및 장치를 제공하여 수거된 폐유리를 분쇄, 세척 및 이물질 제거 공정등을 거쳐 다시 새로운 제품을 생산할 수 있는 유리로 재생시킴으로써 폐자원을 활용하여 자원을 절감하고 환경오염을 방지하도록 한 것에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a waste glass recycling method and apparatus for regenerating waste glass, and more particularly, to a primary crushing step of crushing waste glass with a particle size of 50 mm or more, attached to the surface of the crushed glass.
