Abstract

조향륜의 완전 조향시에만 후륜이 유압에 의하여 조향되도록하여 회전 반경을 최소화할 목적으로;스티어링 휠의 조향방향에 따라 주펌프로부터 송출되는 유압을 선택적으로 제어한는 전륜 방향제어밸브와; 상기 전륜 제어밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 동작되면서 전륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 하는 전륜 동력실린더와; 상기 전륜 동력실린더의 양측으로 배치되어 해당 실린더측으로 최대한의 유압이 공급될 때 좌, 우 압력센서로부터 신호를 받는 전자 제어유닛과; 상기 전자 제어유닛에 의하여 제어되어 보조펌프로부터 공급되는 유압의 방향을 제어하는 후륜 방향 제어밸브와; 상기 후륜 제어밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 동작되면서 후륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 하는 후륜 동력실린더를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 회전반경 최소화 시스템을 제공한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 있어서 후륜이 우측으로 조향된 상태도,
제3도는 본 발명이 있어서 후륜이 좌측으로 조향된 상태도.

Claims (1)

  1. 스티어링 휠의 조향방향에 따라 주펌프로부터 송출되는 유압을 선택적으로 제어하는 전륜 방향제어밸브와; 상기 전륜 제어밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 동작되면서 전륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 하는 전륜 동력실린더와; 상기 전륜 동력실린더의 양측으로 배치되어 해당 실린더측으로 최대한의 유압이 공급될때 좌, 우 압력센서로부터 신호를 받는 전자제어유닛과; 상기 전자 제어유닛에 의하여 제어되어 보조펌프로부터 공급되는 유압의 방향을 제어하는 후륜 방향제어밸브와; 상기 후륜 제어밸브로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 동작되면서 후륜의 조향이 이루어지도록 하는 후륜 동력실린더를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 회전반경 최소화 시스템.
