본 발명은 차량이 주행 중 갑자기 엔진이 정지되었을 때 기관의 흡입 부압이 부족해지면서 제대로 제동력을 발휘하지 못하게 되는 것을 방지토록 하는 주행 중 엔진 정지시의 제동장치에 대한 것으로 이를 위해 차속은 제로이상이고, 엔진 회전수가 제로상태가 되면 이를 전자 제어 장치가 체크하여 릴레이를 작동시켜 배터리 전원을 진공 펌프에 공급되도록 하고, 상기 진공 펌프에 의해 생성된 진공은 3웨이 밸브를 통해 브레이크 부스터로 공급되도록 하여 시동이 꺼지더라도 배력식 제동이 계속 유지될 수 있도록 하는 구성이 되도록 하여 주행 중 갑자기 차량 시동이 꺼지면서 제동력이 저하되는 것을 자동으로 방지되도록 하므로서 안전한 제동성을 항상 유지되도록 하면서 제동성에 대한 신뢰도를 향상시키도록 하는 구조에 대한 것이다.The present invention relates to a braking device for stopping the engine during driving to prevent the engine from suddenly stopping while the engine is suddenly stopped while the engine's intake negative pressure is insufficient, so that the vehicle speed is more than zero.
